These folks are top notch. From getting a live, pleasant and friendly person when you call to the friendly skilled technician, these folk are bringing their A game. Very reasonable rates and do a thorough job to checking the units. Highly recommend them. Hard to find this level of customer service these days. They will service all HVAC needs from this point forward.

With so many HVAC people out there it's really hard to find honest, educated and caring people. Comfort Guru is all that and more! From the very first visit with Aaron we felt like we were in great hands . The expertise , caring and follow through from start to finish was awesome. We now have a new system that finally works correctly. The install was painless and spot less when completed.

The team at Comfort Guru is best in class. They quickly were able to identify the problem, obtain parts and fix the issue. Cherie Cole is one of the best customer service people I have ever worked with. She is always kind, quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable! We compared them with another local hvac buisness and the comfort guru was more than willing to work as hard as they can to be the best price and service available. They worked with us through several estimates before we locked on to what we wanted. The install in my opinion is very clean and tidy. Everything looks like it was done with thought and time taken. The wait time once we knew what we wanted was very minimal even with a defect with one of the units. They had a new unit way faster then I expected. Their installer said it was the first carrier brand of mini splits he has installed and it looks well worth the money. So far i am impressed and would recommend anyone to take a look at them.
From Cherie keeping me updated with arrival times and Aaron taking the time to listen to our needs, The Comfort Guru is now our go to heating and air specialist! When our unit stopped working suddenly we called our previous HVAC company Ward Plumbing, heating and air- they’re a good company, but they, along with a few other companies, really just wanted to sell me a new unit. Then I called Comfort Guru and met Aaron. He listened to our situation and understood that financially we weren’t ready to replace our unit and helped us fix our system for a fraction of the cost! To be fair, our unit does need to be replaced, but with Aaron’s help we now have some time to save and plan for that to happen instead of being surprised by it. Long story short- if you want to be “sold” call any of the many heating and air companies out there but, if you want to be listened to and heard, call The Comfort Guru and rest easy knowing you’ve made the best choice for you and your family. Thank you Aaron and team for all your help!
Replaced complete HVAC unit that was installed in 1996. They did slight modification to duct system. The job was completed on time, company did everything they said they were going to do and MORE. I recommend, they will not disappoint.
I could write a whole book here about how wonderful The Comfort Guru is because my recent HVAC experience has been a saga! The short of it is, our new-to-us home came with a system from 1997 that was also infested with mice, which we did not know when we moved in. I called 9 different HVAC companies to come out and give me a quote to fix our issue. My main concern was the infestation of our small whiskered friends, so imagine my excitement when Aaron came out from under my house and declared that he found a rodent nest in the air handler! He was the 9th person to crawl under there, and the only one to find the source of our problem. He truly listened to my needs; I feel he cared about doing a good job for us and putting me at ease in my own home. Mark and Anthony are so pleasant, and they worked their butts off cleaning up our ducts and replacing the system - just in time for a few surprise 26 degree mornings last week! They were on time, professional, and took care with open registers around my cat. Cherie is also seriously my favorite person to talk to on the phone now - TCG is lucky to have her! In a home that was drastically under-serviced, we now have proper heating and cooling, along with much better air quality thanks to Aaron, Mark, Anthony and Erik. Planning for, and installing a modern system in a 120 year old home is not an easy task, and these guys knocked it out of the park! We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service or installation.
Wonderful service. Mark and Anthony were very professional, from the quality of service to the amount of knowledge they possessed. Hopefully I don't have to use them again soon but if anything goes wrong would definitely call again.

I am very happy with Comfort Guru! Cherie was great in letting me know the days and times to expect the team and was super nice and friendly. Aaron was very thorough in his assessment of what my HVAC needs were. I had a 2 head mini split system installed upstairs and a new return duct/floor register added to the main floor. Mark and Anthony were the installers and were awesome--they did a great job all around! Everything came out great and they did their best to accommodate all of my requests. They also were conscientious about cleaning up the areas where they had worked and they were always respectful. Scott was great at overseeing all the work! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Comfort Guru to anyone who needs an HVAC company.
The Comfort Guru has taken care of our rental property's HVAC needs since they installed the unit. I couldn't be more pleased! Not only are their prices very reasonable, but all of the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Sueanne and her office staff are always available for any scheduling or questions, and they make sure our system is maintenanced on a regular basis. With a busy lifestyle, I'm grateful for their courtesy calls to remind me it's time to schedule maintenance. Aaron and his team are always on time and communicate any recommendations. I know I won't be blindsided by a bill that I wasn't expecting due to lack of communication. Their abundance of knowledge never fails to impress me!...which is why it's always my first recommendation to any of my clients, friends, or family! Thank you guys for being so wonderful!!!
The team at Comfort Guru is top notch! Our old HVAC unit completely died in the middle summer. The owner came out, assessed the situation and provided a quote and timeline. Their in-office staff stayed in contact to schedule the install, the needed inspection, and to follow up after install to make sure everything was operating properly. The entire process took only a few days. We were impressed with their quick turnaround time especially since it was the middle of summer, and they were incredibly busy. We will always recommend the professional, punctual, and knowledgeable staff at Comfort Guru!
The Comfort Guru does a stellar job. I knew when I replaced my downstairs heat pump that the upstairs unit would shortly behind it. Well almost 1 year to the day we had the second unit fail and I called Aaron and team to come in and quote a new one. During the quote process Aaron was able to repair the old unit which kept me cool until the new unit could be installed. We just wrapped up on a 2 day install and our installers Mark and Anthony did a great job. They were on-time, professional, kept all the areas they worked in clean, and explained anything they ran into that needed to be discussed with the homeowner. Really have nothing bad to say at all about the process. I wish every home repair could be so easy and thorough.
Beware of bait and switch tactics! I DONT write reviews but I was compelled to write this one! We had been serviced by comfort Guru for a number of years (starting with them when Aaron began his young company. Well, don’t expect any loyalty from this company! To be fair, while they have done quality work, recently they pushed our gold membership service appointment back, complaining that they were overwhelmed with business. What really made me angry was that they virtually doubled their service fee complaining about inflation (which doesn’t approach 10% per year as of yet let alone 100%)! We reached out to just one other company, Foxfire (Franklin) and was so impressed that we decided to hire them beginning with our next semi-annual service. Here’s the review I write for Foxfire ( which, by the way, has a higher average review rating (4.9 out of 5) with tons more reviews than Comfort Guru. I’m posting that review here which will give more clarity to what happened… (apparently I am not able to post that writing here. Suffice it to say that the quote I received from Foxfire was less than 50% of Comfort Guru’s jacked up pricing)!
