I wish all businesses were like this: responsible, reliable, and efficient. The employees are polite and informative, and they respond quickly to calls. They have been maintaining my heating/ac system for years, helping to keep it in good shape. I'm grateful for their good service and integrity.

Brandon texted to let me know that he was on his way. He is very nice and went right to work checking out my air conditioner. He knew immediately that my drains were clogged. He cleared the drains quickly and told me that my charge would be only $85.00 since I have a Maintenance Agreement with L. M. Wilson Heating & Air. I’m so happy that my problem was only a maintenance issue.
The tech communicated when he would arrive. He was very respectful of our home. He explained everything he would be doing during the maintenance appointment and gave and a report at the end of the appointment. Charles did a great job.
LM Wilson was super quick to respond to my request for service. They notified me the day before the technician arrived and once the technician was on their way. As the technician was diagnosing our issue I received an estimate on the repair needs he found via email, was able to approve it, the tech grabbed the repair parts, and fixed the issue. Responsive, fast, professional, and capable. Will definitely use again.

My family has used LM Wilson for services for years. Never had a problem. They have always been truthful and let you see the part they take off. I like that! That’s why I call them when I have a problem with my unit.

Very friendly person who came out. He was so outgoing and my dog loved him (always a good sign). He texted before coming- overall great experience, as usual. Having a new system put in has saved us on our electric bill and is so much more efficient.

I have a geothermal HVAC system, which is unusual for the area. The LM Wilson technician was thorough, professional, and responsive in diagnosing the problem, provided good options to solve it, gave me a fair estimate, and the team at the office worked to make sure the solution was implemented as quickly as possible.
They are always professional and honest. We have been dealing with them for years. They treat us like family. Landon is our technician, and he always does a great job.
After calling around for some prices to install a dehumidifier in our crawlspace, other companies either didn't respond or gave exorbitant pricing. L.M. Wilson got back to me quickly with a very fair book price to supply and install the unit, needless to say they got the job. The technicians Brian and Pedro were very polite and professional. The install was completed to a high quality and they ensured that it was wired into our old thermostat properly and reprogrammed that too. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC installs or maintenance.
