This is the most professional and responsive heating and air company I have used. I was able to get a same day appointment. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and the technician Ivan was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue. Highly recommend!
Every employee I had an interaction with was outstanding. They do all their work with quality and your family safety at the forefront of what they are doing. On time and very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Price, quality and professionalism is all outstanding with them.
Nick was our service guy from Barber Heating & Air. He provided an emergency, late-night service when our AC went out. He was prompt (actually early), professional, knowledgeable, fast, affordable, efficient, and friendly. We were able to sign up for the yearly maintenance/membership program as well. Barber will have all of my HVAC service from now on, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks so much for your service, Nick. We are grateful to you.
Same day appointment, diagnosis and service. Presented me with three options to ensure I had choices. Was in an out in 2hrs with my unit back up and running.

My HVAC isn't working n not knowing who to call I looked online and found Barber. They came out same day, which I didn't even think would be possible, lol. My phone calls were handled professionally and politely, as was the technician that came out. After some investigating he found the problem, and explained it to me. I wish I could say it's fixed but unfortunately Im going to need a new unit (the cost to repair this particular problem is not worth investing in my almost 20 year old unit). I truly appreciate their prompt service and Sam's good work.
My ac went out on not only a holiday but some of the hottest days this year and Barber had a tech out on the afternoon that I called. I really love the texting system that has a picture of the tech, that’s really wonderful and it was very affordable. He also came at the beginning of the quoted window, which was also fantastic.
The 3rd of July it was 85 degrees in my house when we return from vacation. Barber Heating & Air came out within 2 hours of calling them on July 4th and fixed my AC . Nick the technician was a true professional and diagnosed the problem quickly getting me up and running in about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend them and will use Barber Heating & Air again.
The AC went in my house. They came on-site the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. Very happy!
Nick was the Service Repair Man!!! He was early, which was a relief given the 88 degree temperature outside. He is very knowledge, kind, courteous , friendly and Professional. He went out of his way help me. Nick explained everything he was doing and why. He also offered very helpful tips for use as preventive measures to reduce costly repairs. My AC was up and running very quickly. I would definitely request him again!!! Thank You Nick for doing such a Great Job!!!
Fast and efficient work, Wayne C. got my AC back up and running in no time and was very polite and a nice guy. My go to for any AC or Furnace issues from now on. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs asap.
It was an emergency. My AC stopped working on the Sunday of 4th of July weekend. They had a professional, knowledgeable service person to me in just a few hours. Can not recommend Barber enough.
When I call the staff walk me through everything and treat me like family. You do get service like that and our tech Sam was amazing he walk us through everything and showed us what was going on and treat us like we his own people and respect and didn't not rush and check and once but, two to three that's service thank you from Enoch family . Sam is the man!!! And to all the techs # braber is the team # great service great service and love how everything was explain to me and wife.
My hvac went out and called Barber and they were here within the hour and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. John the tech was great and professional. Definately would recommend Barber heating and air.

Great company, with great technicians very professional and nice. Jahn Farrell serviced our A/C unit today took pictures and a video of what needed to be repaired and sent to me in email and explained to tee what all needs to be done very knowledgeable and detailed. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC services or needs.
