Blue Ridge Heating and Air came to our rescue yesterday as our HVAC had stopped working completely and our house was 80+ degrees every evening after work. It took them just two days and now we have a brand new HVAC installed and a brand new thermostat and the house feels livable again! Everyone has been so attentive, responds quickly, are very knowledgeable and checked in to make sure the system worked over night without giving us any trouble. I highly recommend giving them a call if you’re looking for a company who will do it right the first time! Thank you to crew who worked so hard yesterday to get our system up and running!
Brad and Nathan solved problem, made quick work of it and got the a/c working. Office scheduled repair for Thursday, but they were available this afternoon, (Tuesday). So we were same day service. 😁
I have been using Blue Ridge Heating & Air for a couple of years. I really like the fact they offer a maintenance agreement for my systems and come every six months to check the systems and do any needed maintenance. Brad is my main service tech, but Nathan cane out today as well. Together they were able to inspect & service our three systems in about two and a half hours. Both Brad & Nathan were friendly & professional and took time to go over what they did. Brad even scheduled my next 6 month service appointment. These guys arethe best. I would highly recommend Blue Ridge Heating & Air for all your HVAC needs.
Both Brad and Nathan were here for the first time and we will certainly welcome them back again. Nathan was in the learning mode and Brad was in the mentoring mode. They made a great team as they went through the inspection and preventive maintenance process explaining what they were doing at every step. What a pleasure to now have an organization who really cares about their customers.

My system shut down and I called on a Saturday afternoon. A technician called back that night and was on the job by 11:00 SUNDAY morning. Thank you Mark for the response and professionalism.
Two young men — professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Inspected and provided maintenance on two AC systems and a gas furnace. Did a fine job.

Mark Keadle from Blue Ridge, heating and air came out to work on our AC & condenser pump. It was great, he called ahead, was nice and knowledgeable. He took care of the issue quickly and at the end I felt taken care of.
We were renting a cabin in Brevard and the AC stopped working. Our rental agency called Blue Ridge Heating and Air. Nathan and Brad arrived very quickly and assessed the situation. They were so friendly, as well as knowledgeable and professional and they explained the problem in detail. I highly recommend them should you need HVAC services in their service area.
