After relocating to Albemarle, Deese was recommended by a friend. Chris has done a couple of repairs for us and we absolutely recommend them. Fast, courteous, reliable and fair prices. Glad we called and will use them in the future.

Had Deese install a new packaged Trane unit last summer. Great service and new unit is still blowing ice cubes while in it is the 90’s outside!
Older gentleman came out. Said it was fixed but it is not. Fast service but did not take care of the issue. Still no air.

I would like to let people know how good Deese Electric has been to us. We had to call them about our air conditioner icing up. They were quick to respond. They knew how to fix the problem. They were professional and courteous. I can highly recommend Deese Electric.
5 stars are not enough! A/C started acting up Sunday so I called Monday morning. Chris (excellent tech) met me Monday afternoon. Luckily it was a simple fix. He was very thorough and answered all my questions! Definitely recommend this company for all your HVAC needs!!!!!! Then yesterday when I arrived at my parent's home, I found their A/C not working. My mother had called her normal A/C company and they couldn't get to her until Thursday. Given the high temps again today, they could not wait. I called Deese and within the hour Chris was at my parent's house .Again, luckily it was a simple fix (capacitor). He checked out the rest of the unit and cleaned it thoroughly. These guys are a true God send!
Ac went out on Saturday at the restaurant came and fix fast service two thumbs up
I would not suggest using this company. The tech's were great the owners are another story! I called for a seasonal HVAC check to find I needed my entire unit replaced. At first Will was great to work with when he thought I would purchase from his company. He told me my service charge would be 98.00. After shopping around, I had to choose another HVAC company to install my unit. They gave me a better deal on the financing and I am a single mom. After I shared this with Will when I called to pay my service call invoice it now was 202.50?! I paid the invoice and then repeatedly called, leaving Will messages at work and on his cell. I wanted an explanation of why my bill went up over 100.00. The only work done was an assessment of my HVAC system! He still has not returned my calls. I have gotten no explanation of the invoice even after leaving him a message that I would share this with the better business bureau - which I have done...
