After Buffalo had sudden froze this winter (2022-2023), my family and I had noticed that our basement started to flood because the foundation had cracked. Our condo's management was able to repair, but had left a huge hole in our wall. After talking with Musso Plumbing and Heating, we were able to get a great price. Our technician, Trevor, had arrived fast and did a phenomenal job in repairing our drywall. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and he came back for an extra day just to make sure everything was clean! I would highly recommend Trevor and the people at Musso Plumbing and Heating to everyone.
Due to a massive sewer undertaking at our home, I wish to leave a review of not only the repair operation, which took place, but to the involved workers. MUSSO Plumbing is the place that I am so glad that we had reached out to. This company was at our property for nearly two weeks, and I was left so impressed with how things went. I can't honestly day that the, forthcoming, names I am about to mention, were all that were involved. But, I would, at least, like to give notice to them. Jake, Levi, PS, Rick, Sam, Jim, James, Johnny, and Tre, were all so impressionable. They were professional, personable, and extremely pleasant - and I can't say enough good things about them. If ANYONE is looking for a company by which to rectify a plumbing issue, I - WHOLEHEARTEDLY - recommend MUSSO PLUMBING. I have not been paid anything, for this endorsement, and neither did they know that anything like this would be coming, from me. THIS business IS THE ONE.

My old through the wall A/C went down at the end of last season and I called HEAP and i qualified for a new A/C. it was less than a week from the time of my call to when HEAP put me in contact with Musso Plumbing & Heating, Inc. Someone from their office called to set up and appointment. The staff seemed so pleasant all the time I called.' Appointment was set up from two days of my call! Enter Kevin from Musso. Wow not only did he do a fantastic job he made sure it was installed and insulated property. But even more than that, Kevin had such a great friendly personality. Thanks you guys from the start of my contact to the end FANTASTIC JOB!!!
I have use Musso Plumbing on several occasions. Service is always prompt, courteous, and professional. Recently they installed a sump pump and repaired pipes and connections. Sam did a great job
Technician came and despite showing him where our entry point is he said he’d have to come back because he couldn’t find it. We literally stood outside showing him. Charged us for wasting our time.
I had a plumbing emergency in my barn (February2023). I had no idea who to call, so I took a gamble and called Musso. A very short time later, Michael from Musso was there to help. While the actual fix was a bigger job, he came up with a temporary fix until I could schedule the job. The actual repair was completed in a short period of time and I couldn't be more pleased. Michael and his co- worker replaced the hydrant and it now works perfectly. I felt that the pricing was fair, and they could not have been any nicer to work with. Really great people, I highly recommend Michael and Musso. I know who I'll be calling for. any plumbing or heating needs- Musso!

We just received service for our clogged sink pipe from Musso plumbing and it met and exceeded our expectations. Sam, the service professional was timely, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He was neat and very respectful of our kitchen area. Would recommend Musso as a plumbing company and you would be grateful to get Sam as the serviceman.

Very Satisfied with the Services provided, the Plumbers where very nice and Walked me through the Process and made me aware of everything they where doing, my drain is now Repaired and it was Much Quicker than Expected and Now thanks too Musso I’m back taking 30 minute Showers 😁😁😁😁😁😁 1000% referring them for ALL PLUMBING NEEDS! I have used Musso Plumbing in the past and again today. I am never disappointed. They are responsive and efficient.
It was a very good experience. The plumber was on time, professional, he explained things and was very kinda and considerate.
Just got an estimate today (yard drainage) and everything sounded correct for the job I needed done (grade 10 out of 10). If the work goes as good as the estimate this will be one of the best experiences working with a contractor I have ever had (keep you posted).
No free quote, on time service appointment. Called for a replacement for a washing machine water box. Was told a plumber would be available next day which was fine. Plumber shows up next day on time and then says he didn't have time to do all work same day. Seems communication is off between office and field.
At first I loved Musso plumbing. Michael was great. Fixed part of my problem couldn’t complain. A week later my hot water tank started leaking after they put a new one in. It caused damage to my closet floor and bedroom floor. I now have to fix on my own with my money. No one will say they are responsible. I can’t recommend them to my friends and family.
The Musso service people did a great job replacing our sump pump. This installation started as an emergency call on Saturday. Sasha was at our house within an hour to deal with the issue. 3 other companies that advertise 24-hour emergency service either did not answer the phone (Cellino), return my call (Frank’s) or told me they could look at the emergency in 3 days (Roy’s Plumbing). On Monday, Musso replaced the pump. Sasha and James were efficient, on time and kept us updated while they worked. We will definitely call Musso in the future.
The technician came to do line cleaning of the pipes. He ran the water and found out it is running good. He suggested a few tips to maintain and left without charging anything.
I have not used Musso Plumbing and Heating because our Administrative Board must first review all estimates. That will happen this Sunday. I can say that the plumber tech showed up exactly on-time. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, and after examining the work site, and the inside of our church, where the water feed comes in, he gave me an estimate that was approved by the owner. He later followed up with a written estimate, sent by email.
