We had a lovely experience with Joyce Heating & Air Inc. fixing a leak they found, I would definitely recommend using them. Steve was very thorough and professional and answered all the questions we had. We also spoke to his supervisor and he was very friendly and helpful. We hope to not have to have them come back, but will know that we are in good hands if that time comes.
We love Joyce Heating & Air Inc.! They were extremely responsive and thorough in checking our heating system issue and promptly provided a solution without trying to sell us anything more than what was necessary. Courteous, professional and very reasonable in cost. We will definitely use them again.

I am glad that Joyce Heating & Air Inc installed AC unit in our house. They were communicative all through the process. They reviewed the products before installation and had us inspect the work then gave us instruction of the AC modifications after installation. It's simple quality of customer care and workmanship. I will continue working with them in future!
Joyce Heating & Air Inc did an outstanding job by servicing my heat pump system. The technicians that came for the service led by Alvin and Steve were thorough professional and courteous. They explained everything they did and then provided me with a detailed analysis of their findings. I could not have been more pleased and highly recommend them.
