Has handled many of my plubing and HVAC installs over 2 decades as a reliable local business.
Called to have boiler checked, since we recently bought the home. The maintence worker came and stated that it was the boiler switch. Took it and placed a temp switch that did not work and the office stated they could not find a replacement. They came, placed my old switch and charged me for visit, labor and new switch that I never received. Beware, they ripped me off and after a call to get a partial refund, they stated they would look into it and I have yet to get a call back. Bad business.

Had work done a few weeks ago. Just a bunch of ripoffs. Would not recommend to anyone unless they like spending a surplus of money. Paying an exorbitant labor fee for them to jerk around is not worth it. To the owner's comment: That absolutely means nothing when 4 people say it, one of whom actually seems real. Clearly you did not treat this customer with honesty and knowledge but with rapacity instead. So no, your statement is a fabrication.

We have been using John Rose since we moved to Rockland in 2005. They’re great! They explain the problem and come up with the best affordable solution. I recently bought a NEW unit from John Rose and have been very happy with the unit and the service.
I recently had the heating system in my home replaced. It was such a pleasure working with John Rose Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They were honest, efficient, and did a wonderful job at a decent price. All workers and clerical staff were friendly and competent. Overall it was a wonderful experience! They have gained a life-long customer with me!

Zero Stars. Cannot tell you anything about the quality of the plumbing service, because we could not get past the customer service staff. Spoke with someone the first day, and despite assurances that someone would call back that same day to schedule an appointment, no-one did. Called again the next day, in the morning. Was asked over and over by an increasingly angry service representative if I wanted to leave a message. Trying to patiently explain that I had called the day before and that I had left a message with the person that I spoke with, seemed not to matter, at which point she angrily hung up on me. John Rose Plumbing needs to understand that the customer service experience needs to match the website text. It reflects on the expected quality of service. My expectations are now that I will be treated both angrily and rudely. Still no-one has called me back. Now, no-one needs to. I moved on and called a local competitor, and had a service appointment made while on the phone by a pleasant and polite customer service representative.
