We had wonderful plumbing service. They quickly responded and sent someone out. The service was quick and efficient. I would absolutely recommend this business.
I recently had an experience with Pipe Doctor and I must say I was disappointed. The service was slow and the pricing was higher than expected.
The attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired, and the cost of their services is even decent.
Absolutely brilliant. Got my issue resolved in under an hour. Mike clearly knows what he is doing. Where others have failed, he came through. Very professional and explained everything. Will definitely call again if future issues arise. My A/C is up and running just in time for summer!
Did a fabulous job with our AC. We had a few companies come in to try to resolve our issue and we ended up going with Mike due to his honestly and workmanship. We have signed up with him for maintenance for heating and AC. Hopefully all goes well 🤞

A great company to do business with. When I called and scheduled an appointment he was there before the scheduled time waiting in his vehicle. Mike took his time to diagnose the problem and explained things to me that is helpful for my furnace and hot water heater to run efficiently. It is good to know that we have reliable and honest people that can help you when you need help. I should have called him first. I would have saved me some money.
Mike and his team are fantastic at what they do. We had an issue with AC not cooling because another company provided poor workmanship. Mike was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and got the AC back up and running. I would recommend the Pipe Dr. to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services in the future.
We detected a leak from our water heater tank on a Sunday night. I called the Pipe Doctor that night and left a message. A plumbing technician was sent to my home the next morning by 10:30. The tech was very knowledgeable and determined what the cause of the leak was. He explained what the problem was and the proposed solution. We were expecting a huge job and big bill but were incorrect on both counts. Thank you, Pipe Doctor.

Mike and his crew replaced a lead waste pipe connected to the original toilet in a beautiful 80 year old art-deco bathroom. The work was done from the ceiling below, without destroying the unique original tiled floor in the bathroom. Everything was done to perfection. If you want it done right, call The Pipe Doctor.
Pipe doctor was exceedingly progressional and very tidy and neat. Very happy with this company, their follow, up and would highly recommend them.
Pipe Doctor is great. Show up within the time window. Text when they were on their way. Very knowledgeable, I have a Bosch Greenstar Combi unit, not everyone is familiar with the system, Daniel was. I hope I never need a plumber again, but if I do I would call Pipe Doctor first.

Mike and his crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose my issues quickly and actually had the parts in his truck making it a quick and affordable repair. I would definitely use them again, and certainly recommend you do as well!
The owner or worker Mike came to my home and it appeared to be a good encounter until I call Pipe Doctor to get information. The office representative Jennifer was rude and disrespectful. I called back to let Mike know what happened and he said in a loud tone, “Oh go kick rocks. Go kick rocks.” What kind of response towards a customer is this. I reported them to ARW of whom they are a vendor of. Never again.
I first noticed this company on “you tube” just yesterday - I have an alpine 210 condensing high efficiency gas burner that hasn’t worked properly since Friday - i had 3 contractors at my home and no one was able to get it operating properly -I was told it needed a new blower motor and a swirlplate assembly etc etc - no part houses had the items in stock - everything is back ordered - the unit would not maintain the firing of the gas flame , unit rumbled and temps in home were in the low 60’s at best - the boiler could not get water to the high temp required to properly heat the home - I contacted the pipe Dr this am and spoke with Jennifer who could not have been more accommodating —they sent Daniel their tech this pm .. Daniel spent two hours running diagnostics of combustion and settings while on the phone with a US Boiler tech - all settings were reset , observed and re -adjusted to proper settings until it was perfect , took over an hour .. the boiler is now firing properly , boiler water temps are as they should be, home temp is perfect and the rumbling is gone , etc — I couldn’t be more pleased with Daniel’s service and professionalism - he’s an asset to this company and congrats to the “pipe dr” for selecting him - don’t let him go !! Thank you Pipe Dr !! Ps- I was just short of ripping the entire unit out and purchasing a more conventional gas type unit this am !! You won’t regret using this company if all their techs are to the same standard as Daniel !!
