CNS Heating and Cooling services were excellent.The technician (Anthony) was a very good technician, he fixed our problem very quickly and was very professional and friendly. Thank you also for the telephone attention and the appointment the same day. We highly recommend this service!
I could not respond to CNS respond to my previous review which was full of lye so I have to add another review: Yes CNS Heating and cooling installed my systems in 2021. and since then it break down at least 4-5 time and currently TWO of them not functioning; I did not change any renovation plans several times (Lying) and had the contractor never touch or move & alter the systems (Lying again). CNS Heating did not do their best to work with us to resolve the issues that created by them completely; yes they come 3-4 time did something and again and again system malfunction happened and finally decide to not service malfunction system that they installed for us. There was no difficulty collecting payment from us, only thing I ask was to finish the job to get your last payment and CNS heating was not agreed to finish the job and I paid few Hundred dollars left over with worry that same thing that happen now would happen then and I need to hire some one to fix the problem that CNS heating created for Us. Upon my last phone call, you disrespectfully requested you work with another company. If I can put No star or Minus will put on for them. I will never recommend CNS heating and cooling even to my enemy.
Unfortunately I used the CNS Heating and cooling to install my new heating and cooling system and system break down so frequently that makes me frustrated and last time service person said not know what is going on and took pictures and movies from the error message from system and said will talk to boss and let me know and more than two months past and even with several calls no response and now they are saying not working with Fujitsu system any more and drop my system. Think twice before picking this company
This is a truly professional company. They showed up on time, did the work that they said they would, for the price that they said they would. Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional, and courteous. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know, and they completed the job in a professional manner and left the place spotlessly clean. I will definitely use their services again in the future. You will be happy!
My central air started acting up and was not fully functioning. I called a few HVAC companies to get estimates and CNS was one of the them. I saw they had great google reviews so I added them to my list. Charlie came out that week and went thru my options with me. He was very through and detailed, no bells and whistles like the others I met. I Choose to use CNS to install a new furnace and central air and within a week I had it installed. Charlie send 4 technicians to my house ( my unit is in the attic) and they were the best. They covered my floors, and treated my home with respect. They came early and was done by 5pm. Great group of guys. Charlie was onsite as well and installed two new smart thermostats and tested my unit. He came back the next morning to do some minor tweaks and we couldn't be happier. It's a huge relief to have a reliable HVAC company that you can trust. Thank you!!!
CNS has been great! Used them for a tune up this summer, Anthony came and was very thorough and informative, very easy to understand and likeable, reasonably priced, and recently had them service a condenser that needed immediate attention and their response time and efficiency has been great.
Very professional installation and excellent value. CNS helped us with replacing an old furnace and condenser. Gave us great advice and saved us a lot of $$$ in the process. Two thumbs up!
Excellent service from start to finish, with a clean job. The manager was courteous and professional, and able to come up with the ideal solution for my specific situation without over-selling me. The technicians were knowledgeable, punctual and cleaned up after themselves. The new central air conditioning system works flawlessly.
Used to call them for all our heating and cooling needs. had a bad experience last summer. never again. buyer beware.
After being without heat for a month, paying for unnecessary services calls and being quoted very high prices to replace my system, someone suggested I try CNS. Charlie showed up at my home and immediately diagnosed the problem. No nonsense, no scare tactics, just the facts. Within a few days CNS came in a replaced my entire heating and cooling system to an updated more efficient model. His crew was professional, clean and just so nice. The price he quoted for the job was way better than the other quotes I had received. My house is now warm and toasty! I would highly recommend this company above all of the companies in Westchester. I have been in my home for over 20 years and have worked with a bunch. CNS blows them all away! They really are THE BEAT!
Charlie and CNS was wonderful to work with. He was very communicative and very efficient with the installation of our new furnace. I would happily use CNS again!
CNS was responsive and professional. They did a great job getting our HVAC system repaired during a heat wave! The communication was always clear and timely. Glad we found them.
I used a another company for nearly 2 decades, but when I went to install 2 new hvac units, their quote was eye-popping. I was referred to CNS by a friend. Charlie who oversaw our project from start to finish is a gentleman whose word is good. Throughout the installation, his crew was responsive and professional. The units are working exactly as advertised. Special shout out to Jamie in administration who made the project less stressful than it would have been.

Excellent company..... They installed a new central A/C system for us last week. From the first phone call until completion of the job, everything was as good as it gets. We are extremely pleased. The office staff to get the estimate, set up appointment, answer questions, etc., (mostly Jamie) were extremely fast in responding, patient, very nice and professional. After approving a good price, installation day was scheduled quickly. Our unit is in the attic, mainly through a small hatch in the closet ceiling but it was no problem for them. The whole job took just a few hours and before they left, they cleaned the work area. The unit is working perfectly and we are so happy to have air conditioning again! I would highly recommend CNS Heating & Cooling!
Charlie and his team are the ultimate professionals in their field. They should be the benchmark for other companies. They inspected our unit, explained all the work that needed to be done, answered any questions we had, arrived on time, followed through with the work without any hiccups and were so personable. well, as Jamie and Charlie both know, I am not usually at a loss for words but the service and outcome and pleasure of dealing with them leaves me at a loss - a picture may be worth a thousand words but a picture of Shirley my new Weil-McLain boiler would not tell the story - CNS was the lowest quote I got - some were more than twice as high all trying to sell me a way too oversized boiler comparable to the one I had or slightly smaller but still too big - I am sitting here toasty and warm - responded immediately on very short notice - like 15 minutes - impressed me with their knowledge and sensitivity = my neighbor tried to dissuade me from using them saying they were underestimating my boiler size or didn't know how to calculate it - boy, am I happy to say that he was totally wrong but Charlie inspired confidence and trust in me - we had a few glitches along the way but none was their fault and they resolved promptly once the supply house that had provided the defective circuit board was open the next day - they installed a temporary thermostat since there was a problem with the old thermostat connection - they were attentive and responsive to my particular concerns and besides Charlie has great green eyes and a great head of hair as my mother would say - patient etc., etc. = enough said
The crew came in, no mess no fuss, did a fantastic job and moved on. My family and I are very satisfied.
