Jack was very detailed and had suggestions for me. He was also very polite and gave good instructions. I would highly recommend him and Christopher Heating & Air Conditioning. They provided same day service.
Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co. showed up very promptly to our home and within a few minutes had diagnosed the problem and had the correct repair part in his van, so he could make the repair quickly! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Thankful to be warm again! Highly recommend Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co.!
James was the first tech out and found my unit to be in bad shape. They said they would look for a used unit to replace mine and today James and Tom installed it and it's cooling my house down as we speak! Highly recommend! Professional, courteous, experienced people that deserve your business. Kudos to the office staff as well. Calls were handed professionally and timely call backs. These people are heroes in my eyes and life savers!
I would recommend Hendricks Heating & Cooling for anyone in need of a/c service. They are on time, knowledgeable and honest. James was here yesterday and he was great. He took the time to explain any questions or concerns I had in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be requesting him in the future.
James went above and beyond what we would call a normal service call. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to explain to us what was wrong and the repair process. We were so impressed that had all the parts needed for the repair in his truck and that saved us a lot of time. I think Hendricks Heating & Cooling Co deserve more than 5 star rating. Thank you!
They charge $100 just to get a price quote!
