Gerard and his team installed an upgraded heat pump/AC duel fuel system to replace our old and tired existing AC. We couldn't be happier with the work performed and are excited to be working with Gerard and Antoinette on any future work that we may require. I highly recommend using GAD if you're looking for a company that truly believes in doing the right thing for their customers and standing behind the work they perform.
In this day and age, it is so refreshing to have a business truly care about the work they do, and truly care about their clients. I just had this experience with GAD AIR . The owner was concerned about the upcoming heat later this week and did not want me to have to endure it without any air conditioner and asked if they could come at 8 AM on memorial day morning not only did they show up on the holiday, but arrived right on time and went right to work installing a new unit into my cottage. They had to deal with several situations due to whoever had previously installed the old unit and trying to remove it but they worked for hours and put everything back and could not have been nicer guys, the unit is absolutely wonderful and cools beautifully and quietly but what is more impressive are the professionals that arrived at my house and did such a fantastic job ! I am so happy and completely satisfied with every part of my experience dealing with GAD AIR ! I cannot recommend them enough really wonderful, professional company and great guys !

I highly recommend GAD. All of their employees - office staff and technicians alike - are extremely knowledgable, professional and take pride in their workmanship. As a first time homeowner, living in a new county it can be daunting to find new service professionals that are trustworthy and reliable - GAD is just that. We greatly appreciated that they were able to fit us into their busy spring/summer schedule less than 24 hours after our first call. The technicians took the time to walk me through their inspection, work and further recommendations. We will definitely continue to use their services going forward. Thanks again!
I had Gad AIR install an AC system on the second floor of my home. Gerard, the owner, made an appointment with me, was on time, assessed the situation and before our meeting was over gave me a ballpark estimate to complete the project. At that point I called the office and spoke with Antonette. Awesome conversation, very polite and extremely helpful. I told her I had a wedding coming up at the house and if it were possible I would like to have the project completed before then. Her response was, Absolutely! At that point we scheduled an appointment, they ordered the equipment and installed on the exact day and time they said they would be there. They were in and out in a couple of days as planned and during the project the working area was always covered and swept clean. Any questions either to the guys or to the office were always answered immediately. I am a building contractor. As part of my job it is my responsibility to make sure that any subcontractor I hire or send to someones home does the right thing. I am happy to say that Gerard and his team at GAD AIR are the best at what they do and that I have seen in a long time. Courteous, neat, respectful and very professional. GAD Air was a pleasure to work with, very professional in all aspects, from the office to the field Tech. They installed a split unit in my home that is incredible. GAD was there when they said they would be, very reasonably priced and very friendly. I even got a call a week later to see how the system was working and if I was happy with it, WOW!!!! Thanks sooo much!!!!!

GAD helped me nurse my 20 year old system through the last 2 summers. The phenomenal service started with Antoinette on the phone & continued with the mechanics. I will be using them to replace the system when the time comes & highly recommend there services.
Simply put, just call GAD Air/Westchester Heating and Cooling if you want HVAC installation, repair or service. Antoinette not only returns your calls immediately (yes I had more than one question for our installation and she returned my calls promptly every time) and Gerard, Marty, Eric and Omar all worked together to complete the installation of my Central Air without jumping to another job like some contractors often do and made me feel like I was their only customer. The truth is they are very busy but completed my AC install efficiently because they are great at what they do. Gerard, the owner makes sure everything is checked and double checked. He has a ton of experience and he has pride in all the work behind his name for many. many years and his attention to quality control is why he is so highly recommended. He does things right-no short cuts. Simple, if you need HVAC work, call GAD Air.
We were new to the area & are very happy to say we picked GAD Air to come out & repair our broken AC Unit. They showed up when they were supposed to & had the problem diagnosed with in the first 10 minuets they were there. Gerard is a real good guy to have help you out of a jam . the price quoted was what I paid & it was fair for the service I received... Dennis M
Our AC stopped working during the heat wave (96 degrees). We called Gerard and he came the next day to take care of the problem. GAD Air cares about their customers and is always able to help when we need them. Great people to work with. Professional, honest and always reliable!
I am so thankful for GAD!!! Starting with Antionette who was amazing, compassionate and extremely helpful !!! I felt so relieved with her helping me to set up a service call with my AC. The servicemen Gerard and Marty were very prompt, friendly and honest. My AC was repaired and is now running great ! Their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them !!! 5 star all the way !!

I highly recommend GAD Air. This company is honest, courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They responded to our urgent request for repair to our central air system almost immediately. They had us up and running so quickly during a very busy summer heatwave. Antoinette and Gerard are very friendly and personable. They kept us informed of schedules and even checked back with us after the work was complete to make sure everything was running perfectly - and it was! The price quoted was the price we paid, and it was very reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about their wonderful service. We are happy to say that GAD will be our permanent "go-to" company for any and all of our future a/c needs!
I've been a real estate broker in the area for close to 30 and have run into a lot of contractors for every different specialty. Some good. Some not so. I recently had need myself for repair of my central AC and had some recommendations, but everyone was booked for a long time out as there is a heat wave going on. I came upon GAD through a google search and found them to be highly recommended. I gave them a call and left a message. Got a return call in a short period of time. They were also booked up for a month, but said they would try and stop by the next day as my location was in between two of their scheduled calls. They stopped by at noon the next day and found a couple of minor problems that were easily fixable. I now have AC blowing nice and cold for a very reasonable price. In closing, I can't say enough about what great, professional service I received. Everything was clearly explained and the price was fantastic. Sad I can only give them 5 stars in this review. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs AC work. I would also think their heating work is every bit as good.
On a service call, they could not fix my burner and I had to call another company. Terrible service and horrible company. I don't know why Google did not publish this before as this is a GENUINE CALL.
