Very pleased with the excellent work by Paul and his team at County Cooling. Paul was fair and transparent about the plan and made every effort to ensure the details of our house-wide mini-split installation was according to our preferences and installed in a considerate and respectful way of our family’s needs with a young child at home, naps, etc. The work was done professionally and completely, and extra effort was made to keep to our desired timeline to complete before leaving town on a longer trip. The crew members were friendly and pleasant at all times, and all went very smoothly. Now it’s a really bad heat wave here and we couldn’t be happier and more comfortable with our ductless mini-split units; we are keeping very cool at home and the units work great. I would definitely recommend County Cooling for your HVAC or mini-split needs!

Excellent experience using County Cooling. They were able to fix the issues with our ductless unit and find a replacement for the inside portion. We had great communication with them throughout the process and the technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the work being completed and how to use the new system. The office also helped us a secure a new warranty on our system to avoid future issues. Highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!

About 10 years ago I had 2 Mitsubishi split system units installed with a total of 5 indoor units. I requested they route the piping through the crawlspace and inside walls. Paul said "We can do that" and they did in two days. A professional job all the way. Had a problem with a small water leak on the outside and Paul and his son, about 8 at the time, came out that day to fix it. Very happy with the service. I just recommended him to a friend so I'm writing this review now.
Great local business! I had Mitsubishi heat pump installed, Paul told me about NYSERDA rebates and special financing for homeowners. They are participating contactor and you can find their information on NYS Clean Heat website. The office handled the rebate paperwork and obtained the permit for the work from the town, they helped to find electrician as well. The workers were very nice and on time. They also did the product warranty registration. The new system works great and I am overall very happy with the experience and the product.
Paul and his crew from the office staff to his installers are second to none. I had a Mitsubishi HVAC Ductless A/C with a Heat Pump installed. Paul did everything from getting all the proper permits and installed the units. The installers kept areas clean from start to finish. I would recommend County Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.

I hired county cooling to install a new Mitsubishi ductless central heating and air conditioning system in my home in the Bronx. I didn't want to install ducts that would take up alot of space and would involve cutting floors and ceilings. I am very familiar with Mitsubishi air conditioning systems and how extremely comfortable they make the home feel and how quiet they are. I myself am an air conditioning contractor in Florida but needed this job done here in N.Y. and after interviewing several companies "County cooling" was my top pick for several reasons "and I was 100% spot on" with my choice. They were priced right, gave a great warranty, had the expertise and experience needed to do proper work, they were very clean, they worked quick and efficient, and handled all my warranty registration for me; what more could anyone ask? I can't imagine that County cooling could find a customer more fussy than me and they impressed me from start to finish, HIRE COUNTY COOLING, YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID! My sincere thanks to Paul and his men for a great job.
