Annual AC service
Late review. I used excellent air back in September 2022 to replace two water heaters and fixing a leak on a boiler. They are truly excellent and very professional. From Donna on the phone to James walking us through options, the whole process was easy and price very reasonable. They were also very accommodating as one of our tanks was leaking pretty badly and serviced us within 2 days. Will be calling them for any services, repairs, and installations from now on.

Jordan did an excellent job. He was very neat, clean and professional. When I got home everything was neat and orderly like he was never here. He explained everything to my husband and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Excellent Air everyone in the company is very friendly and always willing to help you and they have the best employees.
Excellent Air has been maintaining my system for a few years now. They are super easy to schedule appointments with, they are a people focused business that provides a high quality service at a fair price. Employees arrive on time communicate well and are professionally dressed.

Heat wasn't working. Josh came to check thing out and quickly found the problem, a clogged vacuum line, I think. Great service.
Set up an appointment to come to the house. Never showed never called. Guess my business didn't matter to them.

After getting a quote from a larger, well-established competing company whose name begins with a vowel, I called Excellent Air to get a second quote. My boiler was deemed unsafe for use so a replacement was necessary. I had to wait two weeks for the first place to come out. Calling EA on Friday, they had someone out to me in Avon Monday morning. Side note: after letting the first place know I had a 2nd company coming out to give me a quote, they all-of-a-sudden found a way to lower my quote $800! Shady! Anyway, the rep from EA came out, took pics, went though everything with me and by the end of the appointment I signed a deal to have my new boiler installed that Wednesday! Not only that but the quote (and final cost) was still $500 under the revised quote from the first place. Very cool! All in all my experience with Excellent Air was outstanding. My experience with the vowel place, not so much. Last point: the first quote from the vowel place was planning on leaving some components in place, both in basement connected to the new boiler and my old thermostat. EA's service included replacing ALL of the boiler, running a new wire up to my thermostat, AND installing a new, smart thermostat. Fantastic! Thanks to EA and their staff for helping to keep me and my little dog from freezing out in our home. ~Alex

Thank you to Excellent Air for a much needed new furnace. It was only 2 days after we asked for a quote and accepted that our furnace was installed and up and running. Our home is comfy and warm for the winter and the wireless thermostat is the cherry on top. Thank you again for everything!
I asked for suggestions from local, satisfied customers on social media looking for a furnace to replace our 20+ year old 80% furnace. I received recommendations for 14 local vendors. I narrowed down to 2 and asked for a visit and a quote. Both quotes were within about $700 of each other, total, for 96% furnace and 14 SEER AC. I called each after the quote and learned from Greg (an owner) at Excellent Air that their quote included higher grade, better quality equipment than the other quote, so went with them. Showed up on time, polite, professional, good communication. Decisions made during installation done with respect, providing information about different aspects of placement. Ductwork was artful. Team led by James very professional, collegial. They patiently answered my many questions about best practices with dampers, thermostat calibration, little details important to me. No “surprises”, thankful for purchasing in-line booster fan (at the source) for better heating cooling of the long-run rooms. They provided paperwork for RGE rebate, we just need to mail in. Excellent Air is a local company, employees are happy to be working there, owner, who did the quote, straightforward, honest. I recommend them.
Have worked with Excellent Air for years now, they are the best. AC stopped working and they came out the same day and were able to schedule an installation for the next day. Ryan was super helpful and went over everything. Thank you!

Recently my family hired them to replace our furnace and home ac units. They did a great job. We purchased Rudd systems and they were installed correctly and accurately. Our A/C unit was not working, called Excellent Air. Ryan was awesome, first tried to walk us through troubleshooting over the phone. After we weren't able to do over the phone, he came over and reviewed it himself. Found the issue and fixed it. A/C works better then ever! Thank you Ryan!!!
James was wonderful. He came late Saturday around 5:30 and installed a water heater. Our was leaking so it had to be done immediately. He was thorough and cleaned up everything. We feel so much better now that we have a new tank.
We bought our first home in Feb '21 and soon after looked to convert from oil to gas heating. James from Excellent Air gave us an extremely professional quote and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Booking them was a no-brainer to get us converted as well as install a new hot water tank and install A/C. My husband and I agree, it was the smartest purchase we've made for our home yet! Their follow up / maintenance assistance since then has also been fantastic. So glad we went with Excellent Air.
