Called Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc to fix my rental air conditioner that stopped cooling. Peter the technician arrived the next day and found a frozen coil and a possible leak. Peter and Mario came again to investigate the leak the next day (after the ice had melted) and within a few hours fixed the leak and got our house cool again. Really appreciating!

Paid the deposit & signed the contract 10 days ago, the technician missed 2 appointments. I called the customer service on 1/21/2022 at 2:05pm. The guy has an anger problem, he was not nice & calling my husband “ old man” , yelled to me & hung up the phone. The worst customer service that ever !!! I feel bad about him, he hates his job but has no choice to go to work every day. Hopefully he can get a life someday.
Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc performed maintenance and did a cleaning and check of my system at a fair price. I had purchased the incorrect size air filters for my system and they even swapped them out for me for free. Highly recommend, I will keep using their services and also feel comfortable having them replace my aging HVAC system in the coming months.
I called Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc to have my air conditioner repaired and from the initial phone call to schedule through the repair itself was how I wish all people whom I have to interact with to provide service were. The repair technician was professional, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. He explained everything that needed to be done. I have used this company in past and had the same experience. Quality customer service and honest technicians!
We had Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc replace both of our AC units and so far we are 6 months in and very happy. Today Mike came out to replace the filters for Spring and he went over the top and put all the storage crates back after we covered up access to one of the units in the closet. Everyone that’s been out to the house to work on the units have been absolute sweet hearts. It was not the cheapest option we looked at, but I’m happy we have the peace of mind for the next several years of good quality maintenance.
Mike and his helper did an amazing job at our home. They quickly diagnosed and then fixed the issue, and now we have AC again!! They were able to get us on their schedule very quickly, which was not the case for another company. The cost was very reasonable, and overall, we were very impressed with Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc from start to finish. Thanks so much!
Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning did an amazing job swapping out a very old AC unit and installed a new heat pump for us a few months ago. The new unit was installed perfectly and they kept my home so clean during and after the job was completed. I rarely take the time to review anything but felt this was deserved due to a job well done! Thanks Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning !
I'm completely satisfied with Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc work today. I already trusted this company given they were the only ones to have found the issue with my old A/C internal. Today, on the installation of a new unit, I could confirm how knowledgeable and professional these guys are. Kudos to both technicians coming home today and keep up the good work!
