These guys really impressed me and my wife. From a professional call center, to text and email updates, we were prepared for our first visit. The first visit was to repair our a/c system which ended up being old enough to consider a replacement. The tech was not only knowledgeable and professional, but his friendliness and willingness to help made the whole experience A++. I decided to replace both the AC and furnace, and the next visit (same morning) got everything ordered with another man that was low pressure and really knew his business. I’ll be using these folks for everything heating and cooling in the future, for all of my family and will recommend to my neighbors and friends. What an amazing breath of fresh air, at a time when it is so hard to find a company willing to help and so quickly!
Service guy was great but what a rip off. $225 for them to come and tell me they couldn't break the seal on a connection. Then they try to quote me $1100 for redoing something that didn't need to be redone. Would not recommend
Service technician Tucker B. was fantastic. Super nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. He was thorough and fixed my old furnace right the first time. Will now be using A. Johnson Heating Cooling in the future for my heating needs. Thank you for a positive experience, not to mention making my house warm again.
