If you want a honest, reasonably priced and responsive HVAC technician, call Neil at Hallmark Heating and AC. Hallmark's pricing was much lower than the other two quotes I received for a heat pump install.
Here we are on Christmas Eve and here came Neil Hall of Hallmark Heating and Air. Neil was amazingly responsive and came straight away. Our boiler is working again, and we now have heat in the house again! Thanks so much for the quick repair and the friendly service!
I left two messages. Didn’t receive a call back till my daughter called. Then I got a call apologizing which I understood because of the season. Said he would call me back and four to five days followed up and said he has another job in my area and would let me know. Said call me Sunday or Monday with the details. Course now next Saturday and no follow up. Currently I would not recommend, based no return / follow up calls.
He is beyond reasonable and super quick to respond!! Would recommend this company 100%

I called after reading the reviews. The reviews were accurate and true. Neil returned my call promptly and I scheduled an appointment to service my non working furnace. He arrived on time and identified the problem in 10 minutes. The furnace was up and running shortly after. He is professional and honest! I will use him again if needed!
Neil was absolutely amazing! My heat was not working and it was supposed to drop to 2° that night. Even though I am sure he was busy, he was at my house within an hour to fix it! He had all the necessary parts and explained everything as he went! He couldn’t have been any nicer. I highly recommend using Neil, you will not be disappointed!!!

Neil was very attentive, professional and got the job done well in a timely manner. He was very informative throughout the process and able to communicate exactly what was happening. It was a breath of fresh air after a competing company (Won't name names) had charged just as much to tell me I needed my entire unit replaced and continued to up-sell me on any general maintenance. I really appreciate the honesty and willingness to get the job done right at an affordable rate. Thanks again!
A couple of days ago Neil, came on over and replace the central air system in my mom house. He kept open communications with my mother. Thanks for being so honest Neil. He was very efficient with time and got the job done right the first time. My mom was very happy with the service. She told me that she fells very conferable trusting Neil! Thank you Sir!

I have two experiences with Hallmark Heating and AC and i could not speak more highly of them. Two years ago my AC went out during a heat wave when I had a 1 month old infant at home. He showed up immediately and fixed our circuit board and then charged us only parts because it was an expensive part and he we had a newborn to keep comfortable! Fast forward to today, I found my basement flooding and messaged him. He wasn't able to get out until Monday but recognized that it was a simple fix. Rather then making me wait, he talked me through fixing the drain hose at no cost and got us running today! Honestly the best service around with out a single doubt in my mind! Compassion and Integrity Air conditioning should be their name!
Hallmark, specifically Neil, is absolutely the best team in the area. They are super responsive. It was 97 degrees and our air went out and Neil came immediately, fixed our unit and provided an education to us on using our system effectively! We will NEVER use anyone else but Neil and the Hallmark team.
I highly recommend Neil and Hallmark Heating. He is always very responsive and is highly knowledgeable about HVAC. I have used Hallmark for everything from repairs to service and have found his services very competitive and thorough and feel very comfortable that I am getting the best service for the price.
I highly recommend Hallmark they do excellent work. I called around and had a different company give me a price to fix my furnace, which was very close to cost of new. My son told me to call Neil at Hallmark, as he has had nothing but the best service from them at very reasonable prices. I did just that and I will never use anyone else. Neil was very prompt, he came out and found a broken wire on my circuit board. He was able to resolder it and saved me the cost of a new board. Thanks for being so honest Neil. You saved me a lot of money and being retired living on a fixed income, just makes my life a lot less stressful.

Neil was quick to respond to my call, and had the heat back up and running quickly for a reasonable cost. Recommend Hallmark as your first and only call for HVAC service.
Neil does great work. He has fixed my furnace, installed gas hook ups for my dryer and installed my central a/c. I absolutely recommend him and his service 100%.
Neil is a great HVAC mechanic. He has helped me in two different properties and was never not able to solve whatever the problem was. He is extremely reasonable and very professional.
