Jamie went over and above all my expectation with my new heating and air split unit. I was amazed with his knowledge and professionalism. I run a business my self and referred him to two of my clients and they were also pleased.

Jamie replaced our water heater & water softener recently, and our furnace last year. The reason we call him is because he's a very hard worker and more knowledgeable than anyone we know. He's a great worker. Answers all our questions. Very reasonable prices and very dependable. We will always call him for repairs, maintenance or replacement. We will highly recommend him.
They were great. Jamie is ridiculously smart. Great service, Great Price and perfecr timing, friendly. We got along great and he was fast. I will call them everytime i need something, from here on out. Couldn't recommend any one else any higher. If i could give more stars i would.

We came to Rotterdam Heating after taking estimates from a few different contractors. I instantly felt most comfortable with Rotterdam Heating when Nick looked at my furnace. He gave me a quick and reasonable estimate, and they did a great job of installing the furnace within the time they promised. One week later and it's working great! I deeply appreciated their willingness to outline all options and let me choose what worked best without pressuring me.
Since the purchase of my house 7 years ago jaimee from Rotterdam heating as always been there in my many times of need. Always timely, professional and the work is superb. Be it replacing an air conditioner unit, flooded basement due to pump breaking, leaking toilet and sink not forgetting the electrical. I would recommend Jaimee and his team to anyone.
Jaime was very prompt and efficient in dealing with my furnace which was having maintenance problems. He offered good advice for upkeep of the furnace and a fair price. As a new home owner, I will certainly be calling him for future work in the house.
Average company. Doesn’t get too involved into heating and cooling just the surface work. A bit pricey for to me. $75 to change a thermostat is a bit much with just the 2 wires to install.
From start to finish Rotterdam Heating & Air Conditioning was professional, on time, and out the same day for a quote. The owner really does things the right way and treats people with courteous. My hot water tank broke down and I gave them a ring, they were out the same day for the quote and the new one was installed the very next day. They were busy but still seemed to fit us in, due to my family not having any hot water. It would be a disservice to oneself using anyone else- Nick and Ron were absolutely a pleasure to work with and both were very personable. Thanks again Rotterdam Heating & Air Conditioning!
I've used Jamey many times over the years. He had been installing new AC, new water tank, and repairing furnace issue, and he had also done some other handyman jobs for me. I have never been disappointed. His workmanship has always been superb and he is always a highly skilled professional. I would highly recommend him!
Jaime is amazing. Always returns calls, shows up when he says he will and gets the job done right the first time. Very efficient and reasonable prices. Jaime has been repairing this old house for several years and I highly recommend him. He has made repairs in several of my coworker's homes and they are equally happy.

We contacted Jamie to look at our plumbing problem after another plumber told us it would be a “huge job”and there was no simple way to solve the issue. Jamie spent 35 minutes with us, found a way to cap the supply pipe and quickly fixed our problem! His solution was completely affordable and didn’t involve tearing the floors and ceilings apart. I would strongly recommend his service!!!
Terrible, contacted them for a service call because our AC wasn't working properly. The serviceman came, took a picture of the manufacturer label, told my wife "it was old and replacement parts were not available." While on speakerphone said he could only replace what was there with what was there originally, when asked what he would do if it were his he said replace it he would replace it and he set us up with a salesman, and gave us a bill for $177.12. I called the office a few days later explaining I didn't feel a charge was warranted because he didn't do anything, the woman said someone would call me to "see what they could do." The man who did the "service" called and told me he performed a full service visit, i said he didn't even remove the cover and clean the filter or anything with the outside unit, he said he did i told him "my wife was there the entire time and he did not" i asked why he didn't look at the outside unit and he said he did I asked if he looked inside the unit for nesting critters he said "that's where all the computer components are we don't take the covers off, i checked the unit for algee" I told him i believed the complaint was falling on deaf ears and told him to have a good weekend and hung up. All around a service disgrace.
