Finding a qualified, trustworthy air conditioning business that doesn't take advantage is one of the most difficult tasks. A family member recommended this company to me. They are fantastic in every way! I can easily see why they are rated five stars. I will personally never use anyone else and will refer as many people their way as I can.
This is my second year to have my heating and air serviced and repaired by First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service. This year I had two technicians come to my home. I made an appointment for the bi-annual check-up but I also had a problem with a smaller unit. He was very knowledgeable and completed a two day project very well. The other young man was also very efficient in the annual checkup. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to friends.
First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service helped make the experience as pleasant as it could be. I’ve done my homework when our A/C went out, so now you don’t have to! Starting with their prices, product knowledge and efficient and meticulous technicians to their unbeatable top notch level of service. They had constant communication and follow up through the entire process. If you need A/C repair, I obviously highly recommend them.
Called First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service, dispatcher was very friendly and courteous. Mike arrived in a timely manner with a friendly heads up call prior to arriving so I could corral my dogs. He was very personable and diagnosed it right away. I said I would leave him alone and let him work but I said this stuff is always interesting to me. He said stay and explained everything he was doing and educated me on my system. I highly recommend First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service and will call for future HVAC needs.

Mike the technician for AC heating is the very best of everyone. He takes the time to explain what he is doing. Most importantly he is honest and you can trust everything he tells you. He also goes above and beyond in the service he provides. First Call are the best.
I just had my Air Conditioner replaced and this company was awesome. They kept me updated on what was going on, worked efficiently and cleaned up their mess. We had the same experience when we had our furnace replaced. Thank you so much for a smooth and quick change out. Thumbs up!!
I had a great experience with First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service as they installed a new furnace and hot water heater in my house.The technicians were very polite, personable and professional throughout the process. Their work was neat and they cleaned up after they were done.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

My AC had been out for several days in the middle of the summer. The repairman First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service sent told me the different options and at no point did I feel they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. Then they went the extra mile to get my new unit installed as quickly as possible. It was fantastic service!
The entire experience from the estimate to the after installation process was Top notch! The entire staff was very professional and competent. Equally important, from all the estimates I obtained, and there were close to 6, they offered the highest quality parts at the most competitive price.
First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service came right on time yesterday to check out my new furnace and did a marvellous job. They showed me how to turn off the power and the gas in an emergency and they cleaned the filter at the outdoor spigot and probably got pretty wet. Highly recommend.
First Call Heating & Air Conditioning price was fair and they offered no interest financing. We have now used winter heating and spring air conditioning so we can say how happy we are with both operations. Our cost of operation is very reasonable. Most of all, we have been very happy with their personnel and customer service. We highly recommend this company.
This company is by far the worst! I took an entire day off from work and the technician never showed up! He was suppose to come between the hours of 8am-10. I called customer service and they said give the technician 30 mins to contact you and he never did! Called at 12pm and they repeated the same message and told me that the technician is tied up and that the manager will be reaching out to you shortly. Called back at 4:30pm and customer service repeated the same message. Still no call from the technician, manager nor did anyone ever show up! So livid, what a waste of my day.. Do not call these people they're not reliable at all and customer service is scripted with responses. Horrible!!!!
Fred was extremely professional and knowledgeable.He clarified everything he was checking as well as what problems we were having with our Nest/AC unit so I could understand it.Would strongly endorse him and First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service to any of my friends or family!
Fred arrived within 40 minutes of call. He was extremely polite and patient with all my questions. He was able to fix the furnace issue in a timely manner. Not only does work puts First Call Heating & Air Conditioning Service a step above the rest but customer service as well.
