Wischmeyer’s Plumbing Plus was responsive to my request for service. They notified me when the service person would arrive. John was right on time. He was professional, pleasant and was able to promptly assess the issue and quote a reasonable price. He kept me aware of the status of his work and made sure his work area was left spotless. I will definitely recommend this business to others,
Greatly appreciated the help in an emergency with a water pipe connection suddenly bursting. Very polite and courteous staff. Highly recommend them!!
John was so awesome. Figured out the issue with my toilet. And gave me an honest plumbing recommendation and estimate for the future. I highly recommended!
I had several issues that needed to be resolved. Water was backing up and coming through the drainage pipe in our basement along with several sinks not draining properly. John evaluated everything, explained clearly what he felt was happening and what he could do to resolve it. There was no pressure or attempt at an upsell on something or trying to do more than needed to be done. He then completed the work in just a couple of hours and showed me what he had done. Very friendly and professional, we have one other project we are going to need to tackle and John was able to quote that for me so he can come back and do it in the near future!
From the time I met John when he came to my home he was very polite did excellent work explaining everything thing to me from beginning to end
We had our hot water heater serviced and John was professional and kept us updated on the steps he was taking to solve the problem as he went. A great experience! Will definitely call again for any service needs in the future!
We had a faucet that would not shut off. Called them on a Sunday, technician came. He was not able to fix the issue. He charged us 193.32. He said to call the next day and that his supervisor could come and see if he could fix it. The technician said that they would not charge an additional service fee (only if they had to do something else). Supervisor took a long time to call back and said it would be an entire new service just to come out (and I would have to wait till the next day - in the mean time i have to shut off the water in the entire house). I feel like I just threw 200 dollars down the drain. Issue has not been fixed and I still do not have water in the house. Do not recommend this service and would not call them again. Update: their response below fail to mention that the isolation valves would cost 600 and would not fix the issue, just allow us to turn the water on. The supervisor told me he would charge the visit and could not come that day. I was able to get a different company who came on the same day and fixed the issue for 165. Thus it was their incompetency and not “a hard to do job”…
Paul came out and gave me an excellent honest assessment of what I needed for my plumbing problem. Never felt pressured and overall very satisfied with the job he did. Highly recommend. Earn my business going forward.
John has been at my house twice for leaks and has done an amazing job! He explains the issues in detail and give suggestions that are helpful! I would definitely use this company again in the future!

Jouhn was great- resolved the issue within a few hours. Very happy with the quick response. Within about 24 hours from my initial call, I had a leaky tub fixed. I got lucky finding a great service with just a quick google search. Thanks!!
Dan did a fantastic job of figuring out my Nest thermostat app and a fabulous job of cleaning my HVAC components. He was personable, on time and extremely helpful.

Paul is the most experienced plumber in the business. He repaired a vintage faucet that I thought could not be fixed He is my man to go to for all plumbing repairs. He has an engineer's mind as well as an expert plumber.

Paul replaced an annoying and unusable outdoor spigot with a slightly relocated, nice new and easily manipulated one, so I can finally easily access water for my plants etc efficiently! Great job and personality plus! Thank you!!!
I had a drainage block that seemed to be building up since the house was built in 1950. John took care of everything within 2 hours. Was on time and the price seemed to be the going rate.
Paul and Will ran all over the place, from repairing faucets, plugged showers and toilets on the 3rd level to repairing and snaking the main drains in the basement. They were professional and explained every step and the cost associated with it.
Great work was done quickly and professionally. Would recommend to others and will use again if a plumber is needed
