Jacob Jobe was our technician and he was fantastic! Very personable, professional, explained things thoroughly, took care to cover his shoes, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order; he also came back to take care of an unexpected issue so we didn’t have to wait. I highly recommend! The company also responded very quickly for a routine maintenance we needed to get done in a timely fashion. Very appreciative of the excellent customer service!!

We spent $1200 on necessary parts but I was disappointed when I had to pay for a service call for $96 a couple of weeks later when the newly installed part had to be serviced.

I was very pleased with their customer service and responsiveness to schedule and the tech was very friendly, professional, and didnt try to charge us for more than we needed. I thought they were very reasonably priced and I would use them again.
Kenneth came to our house, and did not even make an attempt to see what was wrong with our gravity heater. Instead proceeded to quote us on ductless. We plan to go ductless in the future, but funny enough I still have not recieved a quote 4 days later which is quite ridiculous seeing as I didn't have heat. My father ended up fixing our heat himself and needless to say I will go with someone else for ductless in the spring.

I was unhappy with my previous heating and cooling company so went on a search and found Total Comfort. What a gem. I had Jacob come out to do my furnace maintenance. He was very knowlegeable and answered all my questions. Even found a small gas leak leading into the furnace. The prices seem fair and within what the competition charge. Service is exceptional. Pretty happy to have found this company. Purchased the maintenance agreement and will use them going forward for my heating and cooling needs.

The staff at Total Comfort are OUTSTANDING! They handle all issues, big and small. I rely on them for maintenance as well as new installs when needed. I trust the entire staff to take care of my home like it was their own. I highly recommend.
Called for concern, no heat. Had an appointment next day. Staff was very respectful, personable and courteous. With a little trial and error, furnace back up and running. Thank you so much!! Would definitely use them again!
