We've been having some issues with our air conditioning. I called today and they were able to get someone to my house within a few hours. Andrew LaChapelle was our service tech and he was amazing! He discovered the issue, explained everything in detail and the service manager even made a trip over to drop off a needed part. Thank you Taylor for your excellent service!
The only company that would come out same day and within an hour of us calling that we had no heat on one of the worst and coldest winter days in Rochester this year. We had heat working again within the hour. Service was quick and our technicians were so friendly. I highly recommend this company!
Taylor came to replace my HVAC System. They were clean, pleasant, quick & efficient. I was very pleased. Previously, they also had someone come to assess my HVAC system. It was a positive experience. Micah was an excellent representative for the company.
The first appointment I scheduled never got actually scheduled. However when I called that day, they got me scheduled for the next morning. The service technician, John, was awesome. He took the time to answer all of my questions and filled me in about what he found that needed fixing! Then he answered some more questions for me. All the while being extremely polite and not irritated by so many questions and what ifs! Now that’s what I call customer service!
Worker was professional and got the job done, but he was two hours late and I had to miss work.
Mika did a survey of my home and he was very helpful. I have not hired anyone yet for the job but I would consider them first.
The associate was personable, but also worked to get the job done efficiently. Took the time to explain the work he was going to do before he did it and quoted an accurate price
We had a great experience with our associate that came out for our install. I felt so bad, part way through our power went out. He just kept right on moving to take care of us, said it's no problem, he had a head lamp, and finished timely. We are very appreciative of his time and effort!
Day one: We're just waiting for a project manager to do an estimate, ASAP. We were totally impressed with the service technician who came out to diagnose the problems with our AC system. He sold us on working with his company. During the heat wave we had, we needed a new furnace and AC system. We also had AC installed at our daughter's new home. We called a lot of companies before choosing Taylor Heating. Receptionists, everywhere: take note: you represent your companies! If you can't help us, at least be kind! Everyone at Taylor was professional, friendly, and helpful. Chris, Jake and Allen did our installations. They tackled every challenge that came up, successfully. It's the little things that make the biggest differences. They were prompt, called us when necessary, and neat (best part of all!) Thank you, Taylor Heating people! (And no, I didn't get paid to write this!)
Taylor knocked it out of the park!!! From start to finish they provided top notch customer service. We had John out to svc our AC as it was not working properly. He was knowledgeable, professional & explained everything to us. He got us in touch w/ his project manager Joe and again top notch. Explained our options in detail, we made our decision and scheduled our install. On installation day Vadim & Allan arrived at our home on time, ready to work. Vadim had returned the next day to finish the installation of the AC unit. Vadim was very knowledgeable and answered any questions i had. After the work was complete he walked me through everything they did. I am so glad we chose Taylor. We are so happy that they are our HVAC team!!!!

My technician was incredible. Professional and thorough, Garrett made sure to explain every aspect of what he was doing and was very patient while I asked a bunch of questions. I will be going back to Taylor because of him and I will be requesting him by name for all future maintenance and any future needs. This rating would be five stars solely for him but due to the nature of the issue it’s only four.
My AC system failed and I wrote to Taylor on their website requesting service. The next day a technician was here promptly, they quickly identified and replaced the failed part, which thankfully was a simple fix. They did good work and got us back up and running quickly.
Taylor did an excellent job as always...installer was very friendly did a great job...been using Taylor Heating for decades.
Furnace issues. Within 1 hour had assessed, gave me the options of repair and repaired the problem. The dogs loved John also!!
Taylor technicians are courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. Experience with the climate, housing stock and issues unique to maintaining a home in the Rochester NY area are invaluable assets.

Dave from Taylor Heating was here to do an energy audit. He was amazing. Called prior to arriving, very knowledgeable. He explained the process prior to starting the audit and asked us if we had an area of concern. He gave us helpful information on saving energy. We would highly recommend Taylor Heating, as a matter of fact we have.
Usually during our annual A/C system maintenance, our regular service tech would remove the outer shell of the compressor and use our hose to rinse out all of the debris that accumulates in the tray at the bottom. The current system maintenance service tech commented that some critter had accumulated leaves and branches in the bottom tray, but never flushed it out with our hose. It may not make any difference to the overall operation of the unit, but II think it is something that should have followed up on by the service tech. After all, it had been done repeatedly by our previous technician. I guess I should have insisted that our regular tech perform the sevice.
