We choose to purchase anm American Standard a Heat Pump for our condo.(makers of Trane, due to the changes coming in NYS and NYS Law changes.) A life changing experience. Katie the owner sent us a salesperson and installer to our home for a quote, HE was not just a salesperson. Big difference. Ed Diamond came and changed our life. Our health and air quality, reduction in bills, F-RG&E, noise level, and level of warmth in our home. My mom is finally warm and humidity is gone and so is the sinus problems.!!!! The unit itself is on the larger side but WORTH it. When choosing a company for a purchase that will back you up, is fair in cost, clean install and communicates on a level you can understand, professional, top notch compared to other companies in the same category, this the company that meets that criteria. We're very happy with our recent experience with Paris Heating and Cooling. Ed Diamond took the time necessary to get to know our home and the peculiarities of its heating system before diagnosing the problems with our old furnace. In the end, he proposed replacing the aging furnace with a heat pump and an air handler that would re-use the old duct system. Ed projects confidence, has a great base of experience, and communicates clearly. On the appointed day, Ed and Anthony arrived right on time. They were neat, quiet, and businesslike all the way, and Ed explained the operation of the new system thoroughly. They were both careful to protect our floors and everything in our home past which they had to carry their tools and equipment. The new system is quiet and easy to live with.
Ed was extremely helpful and patient during his visit. He walked me through critical maintenance steps that will keep our furnace, AC and humidifier running smoothly. He also shared valuable info on the ductless heater options, costs, etc. as I posed interest in them. He helped me set up WI-FI connection to our thermostat and all the options that provides. Ed has always delivered great work in a helpful and respectful manner. I would, and have referred Paris Heating to others without hesitation !
We had an issue with fumes from the furnace getting into the house since October. We had 3 different HVAC companies involved with no resolution. Finally Ed from Paris came and figured out the problem. I can't say enough about how grateful we are. I wish I could give them more stars!
I had to replace my gas boiler for my home's apartment. Ed came; analyzed the current system; and quoted a great price to update my electric, plumbing, and new boiler. His price was over a thousand dollars less than one of the bigger names on TV, that also bid the job. They spent no time verifying my heating problems or discussing the other updates I needed. After hearing of the price I already had, for the same unit, they miraculously were able to lower to match the price. That left me with a discomfort dealing with them and no sale to me!
Ed, Anthony, and Donavan were prompt, very knowledgeable and efficient with our new furnace install. Ed explained everything and made sure we understood. Would highly recommend Paris Heating & Cooling. Thanks guys!
Just want to express how responsive, professional, and helpful Parris heating and cooling is! Nicole was great at setting up my service call the same day that I called. Ed was very helpful and friendly when he walked around my property and advised on what was going on. Mike came by the next day and was profesional and efficient on getting my air conditioner up and running. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thank you for the great service!
Paris Heating recently did a service call for my 8 year old furnace they installed. Ryan was fantastic came out on a Sat, got us up and running while waiting on a part. Communication was great and even followed up after he was done to make sure everything was working as expected. I cannot recommend them enough if you need service or a complete replacement. Absolutely amazing service. They were so fast, efficient and helpful. I had a few issues with my work schedule, and they went above and beyond to help me and take care of my furnace. Great pricing and even better customer service. I highly recommend them if you have any needs this winter.
This is the second house I've had Paris heating and cooling install new furnace and AC in, everyone from the Sales guy, office staff, and install guys have always been very helpful and professional. This is the only HVAC company my family and myself use. Always highly satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
Great service and price. Called after hour line due to alot of water in basement because of hot water heater. Told me what to do to stop the water and installed first thing in morning when they could get a new one. Thank You Andy.

Our AC froze over and the company we usually use could not come out for a week and a half. Called Paris in the morning and a few hours later they were there. Ed checked out the situation and informed me that it needed to be replaced because of the age an unavailability of R22. Ed patiently answered my questions and went over the options. Ed made some phone calls and we quickly had an install date. Furthermore, with some hot and humid days coming up, Paris loaned us a couple of portable air conditioners! I had a few follow up questions that I texted Ed and he responded in a very timely manner. Install day came with little fanfare. The installers showed up on time, did the job, and left a clean work area. The AC was on before the afternoon heat kicked in. I don't recall the names of the installers, but they were polite and professional.
Rob and Brian did a great job installing our new A/C Unit. They were very professional and kind. I highly recommend Paris Heating and Cooling!
This is my first experience with Paris Heating and Cooling. They responded in a timely fashion to my call. Additionally, they were ahead of schedule for my appointment and the technician both called and texted. He communicated with me regarding what he was doing throughout the repair process. Overall, the technician was extremely professional and informative. I will definitely use Paris this fall for my yearly furnace maintenance. Thank you!!!
Wow! Top notch service! My husband and I are relatively new home owners and they explained the whole process and our options in great detail - they took the time and that made a HUGE impression.
