Always professional, always on time and upfront about pricing. Takes care to not make a mess and leave your house clean. A very tiny bit more in prices is worth it for the absolute professionalism they have and the time they take to explain every step along the way.
Excellent service. Very thankful for Lou and his team as I woke up to no heat on 1 of the coldest mornings we’ve had all winter. They were here very quick and got the job done in less time than I expected. Would highly recommend!
From the time I called to the time my new boiler was installed took 3 days. Very professional, no mess left behind. Called a few other guys and these guys had the best deal. Highly recommend.

My air conditioner went down on one of hottest days of the year. Was calling around to see if someone could come out and service our air conditioner. My wife called Lou and he said he could come out that day. I couldn’t believe it as I was getting dates from a couple of days to over a week. We have three pets plus my wife suffers from asthma, which would have been pretty difficult with a hot home. When Lou came, he had all the parts necessary and had me up and running in no time. He was very professional and gave me some tips about my furnance and air conditioner. We really appreciate his quick response and his ability to solve our problem. We will be using Loyalty in the future. Thanks Lou!!
Called up the owner in a pinch and he managed to make it to my residence within 2 hours. He diagnosed and repaired the problem the same day. Very satisfied, highly recommend.

Had a problem with my furnace not staying on and Lou came right over and figured out what was wrong and took care of it and cleaned up the area and was very professional. Cleaned my furnace, changed my filter , I will use him to maintain my unit every year.
We were having issues with our furnace. Louis came over right away and worked on identifying and correcting the problem. He was professional, efficient and affordable. He also gave us information on rebates we would be eligible for through RG&E. We will definitely be calling him for our future needs!
Lou has been our HVAC contractor since we moved into our house in 2015. He and his team recently replaced the water heater and furnace, installed a traditional central AC unit as well as 3 ductless heating/AC units. It was a huge job and they had the equipment here within a few days. It took them less time than I thought, and they did an amazing job! We are very happy with the work and the price and Lou walked us through everything and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We will definitely only be calling Lou in the future.
We have used Loyalty twice to installed waters heaters and furnace cleaning at our rental property. They do a great job. Very please. Lou is a pleasure to work with, explains exactly what's needed and get the job done quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend Loyalty.

We were very pleased with the reinstallation of our gas fireplace today. They were great and finished the job faster than we expected.
Excellent service. Was here very quick and got the job done in less time than I expected. I ended up having a different issue a few days later and Lou came right back. He didn’t have the exact answer on how to fix my problem. He showed me the temporary fix in case it happened again and said he would get back to me. Sure enough he called the next day with the solution and stopp d by a few days later to fix it. He saved me hundreds of dollars. Most places would have guessed and replaced something that didn’t need replacing. I simply needed a part readjusted. Can’t thank Lou enough.
