Great work! Went above and beyond a few times. They even got some overgrown lilac branches out of the way of our gas shut off valve. They surprised us by taking those branches with them so we didn’t have to even deal with them!

Had a recent Maintenance Service done on my furnace/central A/C system . Had this Carrier system installed last year by John Betlem. Runs great , just want to keep it that way. The Service Technician ( Miles)who did this Annual Maintenance service , was very friendly/customer service seem like his priority, /very professional, was on time to do the service and very knowledgeable about my system. . Said my unit was working well , no issues adjusted the speed of the airflow from the Central Air , replaced my filter on my humidifier , and took many pictures of my Furnace/A/C . Cleaned up but my furnace and A/C and when he was done it was cleaner that it was when he started:) Definitely like to have Miles return to do this service next time. He did a great job! Thanks

Called Betlem for an elderly neighbor that needed emergency electric help and was someone that you had done recent work for. According to you (Betlem) was not available and recommended she call Nichols Electric which she did and who never called back until the following day. Ended up making multiple calls for her before we found someone that could help. The sad part of all of this was when the woman finally did get a response from Lon Lockwood Electric who did come to the house and evaluate the problem and did return the following day for repairs was the bill for $5600 for a 100 amp service change which I thought was an unreasonable charge. Unfortunately with the issues she had she needed immediate help but I don't think next day service justified a $5600 fee. If Lon Lockwood wants to chime in here and justify their outrageous fee I'm willing to listen otherwise my reconmendation is to use another electrician. When RG&E was owned by Americans they were a gate keepers with connections to local contractors and monitored their fees and recommended the reputable companies for services during emergencies. I think we have lost that connection. So buyer beware.

John Betlem Heating and Cooling installed a new Carrier Heating and AC system in my home yesterday. The job from top to bottom was awesome! From Mike, the comfort adviser, to Kevin, Nick and Tom, the techs that came out to do the work. Everything was 100% on time as promised. Started work on time and finished less than originally estimated. They did it all in a day! I couldn't believe it! The work was done professionally and exhibited master craftsmanship. They took out and hauled out all the old equipment and left my home spotless when finished. You couldn't tell that someone was just here doing a major installation. They treated my home as if their own. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The cost was brought down from trade-in's and promotions that Mike had highlighted to me in our initial meeting. I felt like I was getting a lot for my money. I am happy that I chose John Betlem Heating and Cooling and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome, easy, cost effective experience!
