I've been an Isaac Gold Seal customer for many years and I am very satisfied with all my dealings with the company and the individuals who arrange my appointments and service my system. This service call was no exception. In the middle of a hot and humid July 4th weekend my A/C died. The first available service appointment was for today at at 3pm. Steve the technician arrived early and set to work. Unfortunately the well stocked truck is not ready for every failure but a quick trip to the shop and he was back in business and in short order I was too. My home is much more comfortable now thanks to the Isaac Team!
I had new more efficient furnace and air conditioning installed. The crew arrived on time, got right to work to remove the old and install the new. They explained every step of the way so I know how to operate the system.
I had the yearly furnace and AC maintenance check. The tech was courteous and professional and took the time to explain what was being done and how long it would take.
Tyler was such a joy to have in our home. Polite, on time, helpful and explained the process as he went about his business.
We called Isaac yesterday morning (7/4) when our monitor screen was totally black. Joe from Isaac called and said he be here in 20 minutes. He resolved the problem within 15 minutes. Joe was kind enough to show us how to resolve the problem. He checked all our systems before leaving. We now know how to fix the monitor if it ever happens again. He also requested to keep track if this problem happens again and make sure that our Isaac crew be aware of it on August Services. All big THANK YOU toJoe.
Young man arrived on time was very polite. Answered any questions we had. Explained what he was going to do with the A/C. Did a very nice job and left everything in a neat and tidy condition. Very pleased with his work.
Damon did an excellent job cleaning my a/c unit. He was ontime, professional and checked all the boxes with my service.
If you like Professionalism then ask for Hunter at Issac to install the job. I am a retired skilled trades mechanic at GM and rate him A1 150% qualified and efficient.
Above and beyond: they installed the latest model Lennox thermostat (s40) per my request, but later I realized that this version doesn't have support for Apple HomeKit, where the rest of my home accessories are managed. I mentioned this to my salesperson Mike, and he offered to set up an appointment to switch the thermostat out for a similar, HomeKit-enabled version (s30) at no extra charge. Every step of the way the work was expert-level, the communication was fantastic and customer service was prioritized. I would highly recommend Isaac to anyone with a residential HVAC job!
Had a new Rheem furnace/ac installed. The two techs who did the install were excellent and made sure the sytems were working perfectly before leaving. Fully explained how the programable and wifi-enabled thermostat worked. I am very pleased with the quality service Issac provided.
Our technician, Liam was excellent. Very professional and really took his time performing maintenance on our AC unit. He identified a problem with a drain in the furnace and worked to fix it without causing a larger issue. We have always been very happy with isaac and the service. Very professional
Max was very friendly and knowledgeable… He was very thorough in his job and explained everything that he was doing. It looks like Isaac has another wonderful team player in their hands
A courtesy call was made prior to his arrival, and very much appreciated. Upon his arrival the technician (Tyler Hess) was extremely professional and greeted us with a huge smile, hand shake, and eagerness to help us better our heating & cooling system. He spent the first 5 to 10 minutes explaining exactly what he was going to be doing. Then he asked for a tour to see where all the vents and returns were located in each room. He advised it would be about a 45 minute set up, and then the work began. He was very careful not to get any of the contents from the vents and returns into the house. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, polite, and courteous. This young man is truly an asset to your company. I hope you have some type of recognition program in place where Tyler and ALL who do great work are recognized for their efforts. I would definitely give Tyler and this company 5*. Thank-you!

Joseph very well represents Isaac. He examined the wall unit and advised that we not run it until the heat exchanger is replaced. He also examined our CO2 alarm, determined that it was eight years old and advised purchasing a new unit. He pointed out that the new ones have a sealed battery compartment and the battery should last ten years. I'll probably never know one way or the other. Dave Lyddon
Brian, a great Technician, concerning my Lennox AC unit. after first determining the issue, he placed orders for replacement parts, notified what was to happen next and made sure everything was clean and secure. Brian followed up with me the next day and then completed the installation of the replacement parts, added refrigerant, made sure the compressor and evaporator was like new and retested my system. I cannot be more pleased with Brian and Isaac heating. BTW, the Gold Maintenace program is worth every penny. Best Regards JerryD

We needed an electric job done immediately in our home. Isaac had a technician here first thing this morning. He was knowledgeable and was a total professional. Quoted the job, did it, cleaned up and we couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great customer service!
I am happy that the technician found an easy solution to the immediate problem we were experiencing. I am displeased that the solution was not found by a previous tech, who we paid to come and say that everything was fine (when it wasn’t). I am also displeased about the service agreement I made. When I went to pay for it, I was told that it costs me more to pay it all at once than it costs to pay it monthly. I would expect the reverse, and so that was quite annoying.
Isaac’s service department was exceptional! Hot water heater burst and was discovered at 6 pm. Jon walked me through how to shut off and empty the tank, and their experienced service tech was out by 8:15 the next morning. Excellent communication via phone and emails. I’ve been an Isaac customer for almost 15 years. Great company! I highly recommend them.
