Had the crew from Rochester , install a new Heat pump system, including a heat pump water tank... Very impressed with the overall job and the system works flawlessly
There is nobody better than Justin Rawnsley this man went above and beyond his job to get me approved for a whole house insulation a hot water tank and furnace Co and smoke detectors new thermostat the insulators were polite and quike the furnace and hot water tank men all were great very impressed with how quike this whole prosser took

If I could them 10 stars I world. Evan is very professional and explain everything in details so the the customer understands what is taking place. He even followed up after the service has been completed to make sure there is no issues and everything is work perfectly. If I need any service in the future, I will definitely be calling them and will refer them to my family and friends.
This review is long overdue. These guys are AMAZING! Justin, Pat, Miguel Sr., Miguel Jr., Steve (I hope I didn’t leave anyone out) did exactly what they set out to do. Justin made all the paperwork seamless. He printed the scope and we talked about options. Their company, Hughesco of Rochester, was willing to work out a date to come and do the insulation/updates, as we were renovating the upstairs and putting up drywall. They told us exactly when would be the best time for them to come and do the job. Pat, on the other hand, is a very knowledgeable contractor. I picked his brain about everything since we were brand new homeowners. Not only did he answer questions, he always took the time to look at the issue and give his honest professional opinion. The guys who installed the insulation and did the upgrades were the nicest bunch: professional, cleaned up after themselves, and didn’t mind our 5 year old asking them what they were doing. :-) Let me tell you, what a difference you will see in your home. The drafts are gone, the icicles are non existent. This is an opportunity you don’t want to pass up. We did qualify for the grant and we got a new hot water tank and furnace. The financing is very easy and low, and its for 30 years. You have the option to pay off sooner. Again, worth the investment. Not to mention, new smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, efficient light bulbs, and a new thermostat. The foam insulation in the basement was one of the the best deals of the package. No draft and the basement is not an icebox. All great incentives to make your home more efficient and more economical. Unfortunately, on Easter Sunday 2021, our family experienced an extreme tragedy when a car crashed into our home and caught fire. The guys who did the insulation stopped by the house after going out of their way to give us their heartfelt condolences. To us, that gesture meant a lot to us and said a lot about the employees that work at Hughesco. W

I would give them a 10 star if it was available. My gosh Evan, Tom & Jessie was awesome. The are very professional and very polite. Also the clean up was great. I'm going to do business with the again. A+++++ I wouldn't trust anybody else but them. Thanks again guys...
I couldn't be happier with my experience! My house is better then ever and so energy efficient! Justin was such a great help, he was very friendly and such a professional. Cameron and Orest were also such great people to have come do the installation. They had great senses of humor and did their job fast I barely noticed they were at my house! They gave me the best price around. Justin also called to make sure everything was running okay for me a few days after the install. Of course everything was perfect! If I could give a higher rating I would!
I would give 10 stars if possible! Patrick has been amazing from start to finish. We were having trouble with our heat pump and the local company that installed it charged us a small fortune, didn't really fix it and never returned our calls after that. When I called Hughesco and told Patrick the problem he went out of his way to acquire the parts which were difficult to obtain due to the pandemic and the manufacturer phasing out our model. Patrick was able to identify and fix the problem for less than we were charged by the previous company for no fix. I cannot sing his praises enough. He is kind, professional and has great expertise. I feel confident in trusting all our future heating and cooling needs to Hughesco.
The team at Hughesco was great to work with and Evan was particular in the customer experience and execution of all the work, which goes a long way to assuring a job well done. We has insulation and air sealing in the basement and attic -- and a half-wall built in the attic and sealed up that access point. They also installed a wonderful hybrid water heater that came with energy efficiency incentives. Fast. Efficient. Well priced.

They blew insulation in the walls and attic of a rental property 5 years ago. Recently, we opened a wall to do a plumbing repair and found there was no insulation in a section of the wall cavity due to a 2x4 that blocked the insulation from filling with insulation. They made good on this and came back out-corrected the deficiency AND checked other areas of the house to ensure the whole building was properly insulated. A+++++++++ JOB!!!!!!! I definitely recommend!!!!
We were so fortunate to work with this company. We had a bad experience with a contractor prior to this and were very anxious about starting a new home repair. Thankfully, Evan was in constant contact with us throughout the entire project. He was available to answer questions and patiently explained every detail until we felt 100% comfortable. The work was completed on time and correctly. The team that worked in our home wore masks and were very respectful of our comfort level in regards to Covid protocol. We could not have asked for a better experience! I would and have recommended them to friends and family. A very honest company.
Seth, Evan, Pat and all their crew were awesome throughout my experience. They saved me a ton of money by finding free insulation grants provided by the state and installing it throughout the house. They did a great job installing a new AC unit at a good price. But most of all, the customer service was awesome, and they came back to inspect their work and make sure everything was neat and clean and to my liking. I'd absolutely use Hughesco again.
