They are amazing group of people that know their HVAC knowledge. Great rates. They are very quick to fix and help with any issues.
My family and I had a heating emergency. I called the office during regular business hours 3xs and no answer, as well as calling the emergency line. There was no answer or a call back. My family has been a loyal customers for years and this is how you treat loyal customers. We ended up calling another company and that company was able to take care of the problem.
Highly recommended. We had several problems with our furnace, and also needed to have a new thermostat installed. Bob, the technician, was very upbeat, professional and efficient. Got here within an hour, diagnosed the problem and got it running. Installing the thermostat was complicated. He had to run a wire through a wall that was filled with obstacles, but did it in a timely manor. Good price for professional service.
I have left two messages because no one answers the phone. I was only asking for information on cleaning . No reply.
I strongly recommend considering Huether heating and cooling. A family business for many decades that are very accommodating with fantastic service.

I called Huether Heating and Cooling reluctantly as I take care of my own home repairs and don't like to pay professionals. After taking the doors of the furnace and seeing electronics I feel belong in a space shuttle, I knew it was time to call. I could not be more happy with this company. First they took my call at 7pm and responded to my house at about 8pm. The two gentlemen that came to my house were amazing and talked me through what had gone wrong. I asked if they wanted payment on spot and they said we need to bill you to see if the parts are under warranty.. and they were(saving me $). Thank you so much for your service and you have gained a customer moving forward.

They canceled my appointment a hour before they were supposed to come clean my furnace. I called twice to reschedule, left messages and no return call. They came highly recommended but I don't see what people like about them.
A huge thank you to John, Brian and Dave for installing the new AC at my work. They were all friendly, professional and cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend Huether.

Got a furnace checkup and cleaning on 10/20. The technician was very professional and performed a thorough cleaning and diagnostic. In my observation, it was far and above the best furnace service call that I had ever received. Two thumbs up!! I will be sure to call Huether when it is time for service or replacement in the future.
