2 years ago I saw that there was a Friday special for the a tune-up on your finances on the website. So I called and schedule an appointment at 9am Saturday, they have 2 run on the weekend for tune-ups. Nick the HAVC service technician showed up at 9am on time and ready to work. He was very knowledgeable and had no problem letting me watch and explaining what he was doing. He cleaned and test a lot things on the furnace like the airflow all wire connections motors to make sure the unit was running correctly. Nick did a great job, I would have them come again thank you High Performance Heating and Cooling. 6/29/2023 Update: Pictures below show a new project, pool Heater. I ask If this company could hook up the gas pipe to my house and Heater. Joe M. was the service person. I was told they would check the lines and measure the gas pressure. The heater was working but has some harmonics (noise) in the manual it say check the gas pressure. I called the them back to see if they could check the gas. I paid $2000 for this service and happy to pay, but was told that they need to charge me from service visit a week from when they installed the pipe. My rating is going down because they are not calling me back or wanting to be asked to check the gas pressure. Update: I received a text from the office and they have scheduled appointment in a week with me. Update: thank you Joe and the office making a visit today. The sound has been corrected and my pool heater is working just fine. I have updated my rating back to a 5 star.
The service technician, Zane, did a great job. He communicates well and did a wonderful job setting up our thermostat for us. He did a top to bottom cleaning of our furnace and air conditioner. He also explained options to consider to get a yearly maintenance plan.
Joe came out the day I called. He was clean, professional and was able to fix the problem in no time. Always great service!
Both Rob and Gary made me feel very comfortable with their approach to installing our new furnace.
Friendly and informative. Answered all our questions and gave great advice.
Zana Aziz went over the top with his service ,he was very helpful and informative and got the job done quickly and efficiently! He’s an asset to your company and welcome back here anytime my HVAC /furnace needs servicing
My AC is useable and super cleaned by my technician. The inside snd outdide free of winter debris and sparkling clean. Ready to use for the summer,
Zana did a great job checking/cleaning AC. I also renewed my annual club membership. I was able to speak to Mike S the owner & Meaghan who were very cooperative & responsive to my needs. This is an excellent company! Ty High Performance!
Joey and Megan were both amazing from beginning to end! Fast and professional service! Highly recommend. CJ
A well-oiled machine from beginning to end. From Tyler's initial assessment of my old furnace and AC to Nick, Gary, Matt (tech), and Matt (owner), they all worked together seamlessly to get my new systems in place. They were on-time from start to finish, and the work is truly stellar. After going over the workmanship of the duct work additions, the furnace and AC (w/humidifier) unit installs, and the piping and construction needed to bring my new system together, I realize they did the work like I would've done it if I had their knowledge, or better yet, they did the work like they would've done if it were for their own home and family. These last few days have seen me using both the furnace in the AM and AC in the afternoon, and the new York systems are whisper-quiet and incredibly effective. I couldn't be happier. I even got a call the next day from Alycia asking to let her assist in processing my rebates. High Performance Heating is a high-class outfit, and they've earned my business for some time to come.
Wonderful experience. Easy to schedule. Technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. We will be using this company again!
Have used this company for several years. Tyler has been with the company for quite awhile and is friendly, professional and always provides excellent service. A new tech named Zana came today 4/13/2023 and did an excellent job. Professional, polite and informative.
Today we had the scheduled service on our furnace. The service person, Zana Aziz, was on time, very courteous and more importantly did an excellent job. He appeared thorough, explained fully what he did with the furnace and what we needed to look out for in the future. We are on a service contract with High Performance Heating and Air Conditioning, our experience with the company has been very good.
I had an estimate and an installation within days of each other. The guys were polite, professional, made sure to go over all the details, cleaned up and were excellent! Definitely would recommended!
My second time using High Performance- great customer service all around. Zana is an amazing Tech- friendly, professional and efficient. He went above and beyond- most impressive these days!
Very quick service. Priced the same as nearby companies, but with a better warranty. Would happily recommend.
We had a vexing problem to diagnose and repair with our tankless hot water heater. Joe was patient, thorough, and completed the job properly. Thank you.
My service rep was thorough and did a great job keeping my system running well.
Gary, Robert & Matt were all excellent! As well, Meghan was very helpful from the office. The boiler is running great! Thanks so much for all your efforts !
“Worse review I could possibly give – Zero Stars!!” I don’t usually give reviews but I do read them. I live in a senior complex with subsidized housing and am on a fixed income. Last summer was my first full summer in my new apartment and I needed an air conditioner. I applied to the Cooling Program affiliated with HEAP for a free air conditioner. When I was accepted, I received a listing of companies who participate in the program by giving and installing air conditioners. High Performance Heating and Air (HPHA) was one of the companies listed. I contacted them because they were closest to my apartment complex. Two young men arrived with a 17-inch GE air conditioner, brand new still in the box. One of the men unboxed the unit and installed it in my window, screwing it to the window frame and the bottom sash while the other man just stood there and watched. Imagine my surprise when the maintenance person for my apartment complex informed me that because the installers for HPHA “mounted” the air conditioner to the frame and window, I would need to replace both at my expense. I received an invoice for $302 for the replacement of the frame and bottom sash. I also received a document stating HPHA will be reimbursed $800 from the HEAP Cooling Program for their assistance in providing the air conditioner and installing it. I contacted HPHA through email and told them my situation twice before I finally received a call back. I again explained the situation to a person who identified herself as Megan. She stated she would call me back. When I did receive a return call, Megan informed me that she had spoken to her boss who in turn told her to tell me mounting the air conditioner was “standard practice” therefore they would not be paying for the frame replacement! If I had been told HPHA’s “standard practice” was to mount a small 17-inch air conditioner in a window, I would not have let them install it. They should let customers know how they install an air conditioner, even
