I wish I had asked the name of the young man who came to check our ac. He was polite, pleasant, thorough and helpful - and he listened carefully.
Replaced my hot water heater. They were very professional and easy to work with as far as scheduling and doing the actual install. We are very pleased with all aspects of the service.
Always prompt and they do a great job on checking and servicing both my AC and Furnace.
Phil and Pete of Hawn Heating were extremely professional in their installation of my new Central AC system the other day. Arriving on time, they made sure to review with me exactly what was planned for the job and made sure my questions/concerns were noted. I work from home and other than a little unavoidable noise from ductwork, I could barely tell they were in the house, very much appreciated 👍 At the end of the installation they made sure to review everything with me and answered all my questions. The installation is well thought out, clean, neat/tidy, detail oriented. Before they left, I don't think Pete or Phil missed a single trimmed wire or zip tie, or speck of packing material in their clean up, either inside or outside. Again.... professional and appreciated. Mike the salesperson was also very friendly, providing good info and new perspectives and things to think about in the world of AC during his initial visit for the estimate. Jean was also very friendly and helpful when I stopped by the office, even though it was probably during her lunch break... I have no problems recommending Hawn to anyone I know, and if I need something else done around my own house in the future, I know where I'm checking first.
The techs were great! Quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.

This was the second service call that Hayden did for us. Both times he was punctual, polite and you could tell he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. Hawn is very lucky to have him!
The Furnace blew the breaker at 9 pm one night, rendering central AC useless. Hawn was there the next day and quickly found the issue and addressed it. Reasonable pricing and good service!

Brad did a very thorough job of checking every unit, cleaning/replacing filters and making sure that we are ready for the a/c season.

The pricing was fair and the technician was helpful. He went above and beyond in showing us the AC air filter and cleaning the outdoor unit. Would definitely recommend over Isaac.
The previous owner was super smart with his money, so it was a no-brainer I just continued to have the same servicing business. I think besides having my AC serviced, my heater serviced, my chimney inspected, I also had my water heater replaced. Pricing, quality, professionalism, easy appointments… all AAA standard. Pro: the person who came in summer for AC had a quick look at the water heater and recommended me to replace before all of a sudden having cold shower in the winter time since it was really on its last leg. I procastinated and lost hot water one day, but they were able to quote a very good price plus next day service for me. Another time I was shopping for a new air filter and wandering in Home Depot I forgot what size I needed. So, I gave it a shot, I called them and surprisingly the sweet lady at reception was able to look the make and model up and tell me the correct dimensions. Both the AC and heater are also in their last years but finger crossed, they are almost 40 years old thanks to great maintenance ;) (They left a tiny tool bit at my home, I offered to send it in by mail, the same lady on the same date was able to track down the guys who serviced my home and confirm they indeed were missing one tool bit. Instead of having me send a mail, they were ok with me leaving the piece in my mailbox and they came pick it up the next day, I like how we could communicate like a small tight community between small businesses and local customers like that.)
Gave great advice as to a new boiler and solution for my hot water needs. The price was good and their advice was better than the other estimates. I was very impressed by the installers and they did a great job respecting my house, basement was cleaner after they left than when they arrived. The installer did an excellent job explaining my new equipment as well. The true test wont be until the heating season starts next year but I am not concerned.
Have an annual maintenance contract which we find very practical. Service appointments are planned when in advance. Tech is prompt and meticulous with service. Totally trustworthy. Would highly recommend

Cleaning and etc the air conditioner , maintenance. Gary was very efficient, very nice, helped explain a couple of things to me about the thermostat and the A C., put in new batteries for the thermostat, and checked the filter from last May and replaced it. As always, perfect service from Hawn , for the last 43 years from my house on Castlebar Rd House to our house on Highland. Thank you so much. Kudos to Gary for being a great serviceman! Sharon Silvio
Brad was very professional and knowledgeable and our dog who barked at him the whole time Brad was here gave him a thumbs up after Brad gave him a doggie treat!
