Absolute professionalism. Started out with my 30yo furnace crapping out on a 10° day. Almost a dozen phone calls later, Rob was the ONLY one willing to rush out and save us. Back up and running within the hour. Very reasonable service call charge. After discussing all my options with Rob, we decided to do a new 96% furnace. Ashley worked with my wife to have everything scheduled that week. Extremely responsive. My wife said Ashley was very pleasant to work with as well. Took Rob and Quinn 1 day to tear out old and install a new. What a GORGEOUS piece of HVAC. I wasn't expecting the complexity of this new furnace!! I love it!!! This thing has water pumps and humidity control.. absolutely amazing!!! Not a single bit of mess was left.. I was at work the time of install, but my wife said it was a pleasure and she felt totally comfortable having Quinn and Rob there... My 4yo son really liked them too lol. Overall, the quote was EXTREMELY reasonable, the service was EXTREMELY fast and professional. I could not be happier with how the situation turned out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These guys are great! Harmon Heating and Cooling is a company that runs on integrity and hardwork. Rob is wonderful. My brother and I have both used Harmon for furnace and air conditioning installation/repairs. Would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs!
Rob and Larry were the 2 people I dealt with most, my furnace stopped working properly, and Larry came out same day to look at it. He let me watch everything he was doing, and explained what and why he was doing each thing, along with explaining how a furnace works, so I could better understand what he was showing /telling me, about what he was figuring out. For me this was huge, instead of going on blind faith that what they said was truth, he actually explained it so I could understand. Unfortunately my old furnace was very broken, but instead of just telling me I needed a new one and trying to sell me a new furnace, he told me exactly what was wrong with the current one, and what it would cost me to fix it, specifically what each part would cost and the labor involved, and what a new one would cost, that way I could have done my research to see if what he said was truthful, which it was of course, and the quote he gave me for repair, and for new furnace was way less than the "big companies" I also had extensive conversations with Rob regarding which furnace was best for my needs, and why certain brands were better than others long term, amongst many other things, bottom line is that I was VERY impressed with Harmon overall, price, knowledge, customer service, and just the personal aspect of it, and the fact that I was never a number, or a sale, and they all made sure that I was making an informed decision, and was ok with that decision, Brian and Quinn did an excellent job installing my new furnace in record time, as far as I can tell... So yea, I would recommend Harmon to anyone and everyone that needs any type of hvac work done, I was that impressed by them, and I don't say that lightly...
Harmon Heating & Cooling did an excellent job installing two central air conditioners & one new furnace in my duplex home. Rob is a hands on owner and he came recommended by my parents. His prices were extremely reasonable & more importantly his work was top notch. Great job!
So happy with their service! I made multiple calls.... Harmon was faster to get here to turn my heat on, charged me less, and solved the issue that was puzzling the other guys. only wish I had found them sooner.

Thrilled we made the decision to call Rob when it came time to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Our furnace went during a cold snap and he was able to get a new unit fully installed the next day. He was extremely easy to work with, took care of the paperwork, answered our questions, and did an outstanding job. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work!

Rob did an awesome job of installing a new furnace and air conditioner for me. He was efficient , fast and very reasonable. Cleaned up everything , filled out warranty and rebates , and returned to make sure all running smoothly. Highly recommend!
Had Rob install a brand new Furnace with a Purifier and Central Air, I must say he was very knowledgeable and professional. Took his time installing the equipment and ensured that it worked properlly and made recommendations. He also fixed a bad gas line with no problem. Prices are excellent. His service will be used again for other projects. Thanks Agian. I would recommend his service.
