Awesome job by installers. Kind, professional and helped us understand our new system once installed. Very pleased and definitely a recommendation to our community. One thing I would advise at day of quote is for you take under consideration to ask if repairs to walls are needed. Not a major issue but our new units were smaller and we will have to have someone repair. Besides that, we greatly appreciate your time and service.
Service tech was efficient and professional. Seemed thorough. Had to replace a part in my outside a/c which he said tested out of range.

Tim and Kevin did an amazing job. The quality of the job they did is off the charts. Every detail of the install looks great. They both were very courteous and answered all my questions patiently and informatively. They cleaned up after they were done and the area around my furnace looks better than when they got here. I am beyond pleased and will recommend Feldman to any and everyone.
When someone gives you a four hour timeframe (8:00 to noon) and you wait around only for them to arrive AFTER the four hours, it’s frustrating. The guy was nice and got it done but I wasted hours waiting and then I needed someone to come to my house in my place as I had some place to be and had to leave at 1:30.

They were very professional and took great care to minimize damage to hardwood floors and carpets during the removal of 4 radiators and a boiler. They were flexible in removing additional gas lines from the house. An overall excellent experience.

Update June 2023: I needed a furnace repair during the winter (leaking condensation), and today I had pre-season a/c cleaning and checkup. Both jobs were set up over the phone by Sue and performed by Aaron Spencer. I'm even more impressed by Feldman every time I use them. Sue is efficient and always pleasant, and Aaron's quiet professionalism, his obvious knowledge of every detail of my equipment, and the speed with which he works amaze me. I'll be their customer for life. Original post Jan/Feb 2021: My furnace and a/c were well over 30 years old, and my water heater was 28 years old. None of them had been serviced since I bought the house 17 years ago because I'm bad about preventative maintenance: I fix something if it's broken. None of them worked well any more (hot water and a/c were tepid, and the furnace worked but made scary exploding noises), and I'd planned to replace them all. Anticipating winter, I contacted another well-reviewed HVAC company ("JB") in late October, but they would replace only the water heater, and they couldn't get to it until Christmas. They refused to just replace the furnace and a/c. They insisted on doing a full survey and system design, including measurements of rooms, calculation of heating and cooling needs, optimum ductwork and vent placement, etc—as if my house had never had central heating and cooling before. Their attitude was so highhanded and unreasonable that I gave up in discouragement. In the middle of January, a few days before a forecast temperature drop and heavy snow, my furnace stopped working completely. In desperation, I called Feldman, who had maintained the HVAC system in my house for years for the previous owners. I spoke to Rose, who immediately seemed like an old friend and treated me as if I was one. She said she'd try to send a service technician out to help me that day.
