Absolutely amazing experience with Empire Heating & Cooling! We purchased a new furnace after ours died. Our experience from the sale to install was wonderful. The pricing was comparable to other companies but their service and attitude was leaps and bounds above. You have a new customer for life!

I could not be more grateful for Empire Heating and Cooling. My water heater broke and was flooding my basement. On a Sunday night, the owner himself came over for an estimate. He was wonderful! It was taken care of immediately. The father and son duo that arrived at my house were clean, efficient, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t be more thrilled. I will using them for all of my needs in the future. 12/10 recommend Empire Heating and Cooling!!! They rock!
It’s refreshing to have a excellent experience with a service provider these days . This one was as good as they come. Empire came out on a Sunday night to deal with a dead water heater. Before noon Monday we had a brand new tankless water heater at a great price. Then while testing the new unit they fixed 2 plumbing problems without being asked and at no charge. They quick, kind and professional. We will not forget.
When my furnace died at night during a winter storm warning, Bob from Empire came right out. He looked at the unit and patiently explained to me what was going on and my options. He got heat working for the night for me and my one year old. I chose to replace my furnace and Maurice sent a team the next morning. The team was willing to work on the replacement while I was not home so I didn’t have to miss work. Communication and service was excellent. The installation was flawless. The team went above and beyond notifying me of another basement issue and fixing my dryer vent. I am so grateful for the level of care, service and communication from the company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Cold calling people to drum up sales with a message looking to "confirm" an appointment for HVAC cleaning. Not cool guys, not cool. No, it was not an accident, because you just did it again! - 1/24/23
Empire gave us a same day repair appointment for our heater that just stopped working. Christopher Hochreiter was our technician. He came out and fixed our heating problem within 20 minutes. He was professional, nice and helpful. Would definitely call Empire again for repair services!
Our heat pump/furnace & AC was researched and installed as promised, with a crane to place on four story condo roof. It took over a week to arrange and cost $13,000, but our heat is better than what we had before last winter.
Absolutely spectacular and attentive service, on time and under budget. Definitely recommend

I contacted several different companies to inspect and provide estimates to rebuild our chimney. I made the right choice by accepting Empire's bid. Not only was their work done professionally, timely, and with a master's touch, it was economical and made good sense. The lead mason, Leo, provided a clear and concise contract that detailed exactly what work and materials were required and a sensible timeline to do it, I highly recommend this company and appreciate their high quality of work,
I can't say enough about Empire. The company does as they say and when with no surprises. Days before Xmas I was getting cold late afternoon. I called Empire and the woman who answered set up the service personnel to be here within an hour. They showed me everything wrong and explained my options. Maurice came over to discuss my options for a new boiler. Maurice and crew could have a new boiler installed the next day. I had concerns about the pipes freezing and was reassured they wouldn't and was even loaned a space heater. I mentioned to Maurice I've been trying to get my chimney fixed for 4 months. He said he could get it rebuilt the following week. Lee and his crew showed up in a week and did what other companies couldn't, wouldn't or lied about doing in one day. Empire has that old fashioned customer service. They do what they say, when they say and do an excellent job. Everyone from the woman who answered the phone to Ron and his install crew to Lee and his chimney crew were professional, efficient and competent. I would recommend to anyone if you like upfront and honest about any service you need. Thank you Empire
Dan came immediately and fixed our AC. not only great at the job, he was friendly and pleasant.
I contacted Empire for a typical Furnace and A/C tune-up as we hadn't had one done since we've moved in. It was time. Dan arrived exactly on time. He brought with him an absolute wealth of knowledge. He went through everything with me, answered my questions, and made good suggestions. Luckily, my systems had a great bill of health. Dan also made sure that I knew about the RGE rebate for a system tune up and walked me through how to redeem that with them. Ultimately, he was quick, performed awesome work, and personable. I'll definitely be using Empire whenever I need something else!
Been a customer for over 20 years. They have never tried to over-sell or over price. They're always efficient, friendly, no-nonsense with needed repairs/replacements and give excellent advice for keeping things problem free as possible.
