Today we had Betlem come conduct the annual clean/check on our furnace and AC. We were very lucky to have Mark as our technician. He was outstanding. He took his time and was very thorough and meticulous in getting both units in ship shape. Our units are both 28 years old, but we are trying to keep them healthy and able - they just don't make them like they used to. Well, having them in Mark's care gives us hope! After we he was done, he took the time to explain what to keep an eye out for, and the things we can to do to help keep the units in good shape. He explained things in a manner we could understand, and he really seemed to care about helping us. Prices are going up everywhere, but I really feel like we got good value for what we paid on this visit. Well Done Mark and Betlem.

It took 2 calls to get a customer service rep to understand that we just needed a simple cleaning. The 2nd rep challenged me on what I was saying and was rude and abrupt. We will see what it is like when the tech gets here, if it is anything like the call center staff, he/she will be asked to leave. Date: 2/1/2023 - I called them for a an inducer fan that needed some general maintenance on it. The tech quoted me $700 just for the part and up to two hours for the install. I called around to Betlem's competitors without stating any names, just a quote on the replacement part and 3 other HVAC companies quoted me $300 or a a little more. I have since ripped the Betlem tag/decal off the side of our HVAC system since they will NEVER be called again. I will add, that the tech did give me a small discount since he was so embarrassed. Find other HVAC contractors that don't gouge your wallet
Very professional team from sales to service and installation technicians. I have enjoyed the services of the Betlem residential team for over thirty years and have never been disappointed.
Had my furnace cleaned this morning. Tech Nate was prefessional, explained what he was doing, offered several suggestions to improve furnace and humidifier. As he was leaving he reminded me to change the batteries in my thermostat which I had hadn't done in a few years. I'll use them again.
Just incredible. They did a great job on our whole home heating and cooling insulation. We found ourselves without heat from our 24 year old furnace and immediately called Betlem Residential. They came right out and tried some options to get the furnace to work, but nothing could be done but get a new furnace. They installed a new furnace and air conditioning. Cleaned my ducts and installed a new thermostat. They were just great. On time got all the rebates printed up and professional guys.We all know someone who will tell you they have "a guy" who would of done it cheaper. Well I want it done right, with a warranty and free service for a year. I WANT IT DONE RIGHT. And Betlem Residental did not dissappoint.
Not helpful and not courteous to customers. Suspicious that they left my furnace in a worse spot than it was before they arrived after talking to some other repair people.
I was so pleased with Dylan he did a great job I was very pleased and from now on I would like him to do any work that my furnace requires Judy
Received 3 quotes. Very competitive. Knowledgeable salesperson. Installed 1 week after ordering. Installers arrived on time and did a 1st class job. Unit works great
The team assigned to clean out air ducts, Justin B and Ryan H were by far the most professional and experienced people we've had the pleasure to do business with. Justin went out of his way to create access points to insure the system was cleaned properly. Ryan was meticulous in replacing the new covers on all the access points. We would not hesitate a moment to ask for them back again for our next service.
Eric St. John and his team did an outstanding job on our whole home renovation. Gordon, Anthony, Rich, and Adam are true professionals and experts in the HVAC field. Would highly recommend Betlem for anyone building a project that requires creativity, on-the-spot problem solving, and attention to detail.
Very disappointed and feel betrayed; I am in spending spree I believe due to the mistakes done by these guys and refusing to remedy; I will continue my fight with BBB and American arbitration association!
My furnace was installed and I kept calling back complaining that it makes this loud clicking noise and they came out saying it was fine. The noise on the new Furnace is so loud it sounds like someone is inside my house. Not only that it’s so loud that the blower is loud as well. Not happy at all!!
We were very pleased with Paul L., the Betlem technician who checked and cleaned the furnace. Since we had acquired the house a year ago he completely explained how to efficiently maintain the unit. He trudged in the snow in our back yard to make sure of its functionality and fully explained what he had done and what we should do. His explanations left us with confidence for operating the furnce. In addition, since we have five cats he was careful not to allow them to leave the house. He gets five stars from us and Betlem is now our choice.

The guys here are really kind, friendly and professional. After a flood I lost my hot water tank and furnace and they were able to replace both in one day! I would highly recommend them to anyone

When my AC stopped, Betlem took my call at 11:32am and Nate-the technician-was on his way within hours (several other companies were booked through next week!). He showed me the steps he took to diagnose, explained what was going on and taught me what I could do to keep using my 24 year old unit. Prompt, courteous, helpful, honest. Highly recommend Betlem!
Betlem responded immediately to our AC unit breakdown, offered a temporary fix and quickly ordered and installed a new AC system. Great service and a professional sales experience.
I had an AC issue at a home I just purchased. They came out within hours on the same day I called. They fixed my issue and the tech was very honest. He told me I had an older system but it was still able to be repaired. I appreciate him being honest.
