I finally found the right plumbing company to help me with the years long complex problem I have at my home with sand and sediment in the water. The technician is very knowledgeable, helpful and takes the time to ask me questions about what’s happening whole house. I’m assured they will work with me until the water is free of sand and sediment, regardless of may need to be done to get there. This is a situation that should never have happened in a new-construction home.

Grateful to have them available on short notice on a Sunday, and a holiday weekend at that.
We had a sewer backup, discovered later in the day— so this was an emergency issue. We were given a 2 hour window and they arrived early in that 2 hour timeframe. They sent a text with the name and photo of the employee who was coming - what a great way to keep the customer and their employees safe in the current world climate, Cisco Ortiz. Cisco was professional, personable and knowledgeable. He resolved our issue and got our home back to functioning and advised on next steps to avoid future backups or damage. Great company. I would definitely recommend them!
Tim and Doug are the best! Courteous, friendly and so knowledgeable and willing to share with me what they were doing and why. I will never go anyplace else for plumbing services and I will pass along to the world how great your company is!
Ricky Martinez was great and responded to my house twice overnight and early morning to make sure my problem was fixed

Oh I was told that my air conditioner seemed to be working correctly but it is too cold outside to troubleshoot it. They would have to come back another day but they wanted me to pay the $60 fee to come out. Knowing they couldn’t do any troubleshooting, I asked to speak to a manager and she said well it’ll be a little later in the afternoon. Carla, the woman I spoke to keep cutting me off and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and said if I don’t pay the $60 then I’m gonna be on the do not call list. Well that is totally fine. Because I will never call again. Why would you send somebody out if they couldn’t do their job. Oh I know so you can get the $60 and come back again if I could give it zero stars or negative stars I would. I tried calling him back and left a voicemail earlier, and he still hadn’t called me back

The technician did an excellent job, I felt the service was a bit pricey however. A pump costs around $200 and you need to mark it up to cover carrying costs etc. It took the tech about 15 minutes to install and the bill was $770. seemed high to me although I was happy wit the communication and service.

Very Professional, Nice & Knowledgeable. They were on schedule texted me ahead to let me know they was in rout took No more than 15-20 min . I’m very very happy & satisfied and would recommend there services to anyone. 👍🏾💯
On the bottom of this review you can see my first review with them and as you can see on the bottom I had nothing but kind words about them but I called them back to have them service and they claim they came a few times and I wasn't home which was a lie and that i denied service with them. Of course I could not afford them at the time. So now they deny me service as time went by. This company has become no good. I do not suggest this company to no one anymore. Times have changed and so has the company my first review was Love this company they are very friendly and go out there way to help their customers with financing government grants whatever it takes for their customers you can guarantee American plumbing and heating will help you
Service rep was very informative, polite and knew what he was doing. He is a big asset to the company and a pleasure to deal with.
The crew arrived, went right to work, and got the drains cleared quick. Awesome job.
