New build and they didn't wire my ac unit into the breaker box. 90 degree days are a terrible way to find out we had an issue. They sent over a couple of techs and got us taken care of within a couple of days.

On the coldest day of this winter, our furnace broke down. It was also a a very early Saturday morning. It was very stressful and with small children in the house we needed help right away. Chris answered our call and helped right away. Chris answered every question knowledgeably and with patience. And there were a lot of questions. Ultimately we needed a new furnace and Chris was able to have that scheduled immediately. Chris and the Bourque team made this easy and most importably made us feel safe and confident on our decision. I don't often write reviews, but I wholeheartedly appreciate what was done for us that very cold weekend! I could not recommend them more. Thank you!

The service manager arranged for our furnace cleaning and tune-up the day after I called. The technician was courteous, neat, and thorough. I highly recommend Bourque Mechanical Systems. They are a pleasure to do business with.
We called them this morning because our central air unit stopped working on Sunday night. We waited to call them till Monday morning since it wasn't a true emergency and they came out and we're here within an hour of our phone call. We are located about 35 minutes from their location so much of the wait was driving to get here. We were very lucky that it was a simple fix and the technician they sent named Kyle was so nice and professional and answered all our questions. We are going into a heat advisory for the next two days so we are so grateful he got it up and running so quickly! So far our experiences with them have been great as we did use them last year as well for furnace maintenance. What I liked about them too is they didn't try to sell us a new furnace because ours is old. They were honest and fair in their review of it. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Bryan Bourque and his staff were wonderful to work with. Historic Albany Foundation had a multi-faceted project converting old oil boilers to natural gas and installing mini splits in an old building. The guys were courteous in working around our staff and customers and we are very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend.
Bourque installed 2 ductless a/c units for us in 2019. They were professional, clean, on time and did a great job with our install. Highly recommend them to anyone!
Our A/C unit is fantastic
Cannot give 0 stars.Dave at the office is a condescending,arrogant phone answerer.He sent the tech to look at my Carrier equipment that did not work and I had no heat.Technician needed lots of hand holding because he never worked on my particular heat pump(too complex for him)After checking the equipment he said he would contact local distributor and get new circuit board.He never did,I have been waiting(without heat) for 2 days.And today Dave told me that they will not work on my pump because they did not install it. Awfull company,incompetent,owner hiding behind his staff,does not have a decency to answer the call complaining about HIS company.
1/2 star because they did pick up the phone and send a technician over. That was all they did except charge $118 to tell us they would have to come back when our A/C unit unfroze. Ordered an unnecessary part for us that took 60+ days to come in. We then contacted another company who fixed the issue same day and had necessary part in the service truck. Hhhmmm.
Maybe you have too much business to handle or just dont care, but I had someone come to the house to quote a new A/C system on a Friday didnt receive a written quote until tuesday. Subsequently, you lost my business even though you had the best quote. Figure if I'm not important t enough to get a quick turnaround what service could I expect. by the way, the other sales people gave me a written quote on the spot.
Bourque Mechanical has performed work for my wife and I twice: converting the heating in our old home from oil to natural gas, and installing ductless splits in our new home that was not equipped with ducts for central air. We could not be happier with the work they have done for us. No matter how your home is set up, they have a solution that is efficient and affordable. Both times they worked with us, the staff was professional and the work was completed very quickly and at a reasonable price. The installer even stayed after he finished working to give us a demo of how to control our new AC units. Everything works wonderfully, and my wife and I will be comfortable just in time for summer.
