Beware!!! Frank will not take responsibility for errors made because of his using defective parts and his workers, who are suddenly presented as his partners, will overcharge you for antifreeze leakage issues that occur due to their using defective piping and will try to take you for a ride and rip you off by selling you a/c parts, like 1.5x9" enzyme filters, that you can find online for $25 a pair, for an unbelievable $60 EACH. Very unprofessional and opportunistic behavior especially during such hard times.
It was nice working with them. I had a three story building completely outfitted with several units. They were very professional every step of the way.
Excellent team work and very professional! Ductless Central installed three Mitsubishi ductless air conditioners in my apartment. Everything went flawless and they left my apartment in the same condition as before the work. I would recommend them to all my friends and relatives! From the first day Frank came to see the place, he really went through our options and explained to us everything in detail. Even after the installation he was available for any questions we had with respect to operation of the unit. Frank is a true professional. Going with him and his company was the best decision we've made and worth every dollar. Thanks to all the three guys for a great job
