Ken massa was an extremely professional heating and air conditioner contractor. He came on time for the estimate, was here when he said he would be here to begin the job, and completed the job on time. He was professional, was meticulous in his work, covered my floors, cleaned at the end of each work day and was truly a professional to deal with. His two assistants were also respectful and knowledgeable . I highly recommend Ken massa for your plumbing and heating needs.
Ken did a great job installing my new heating system two years ago. System runs flawlessly. Ken completed the work on time and within the estimate. Clean work and very courteous. A professional who takes pride in his work.
Sad to say I am not satisfied with Ken's service. He showed up late for our appointment to quote and review the job. It is a relatively straightforward job, but he never got me a quote. Wasted many hours of my time.
They have great plumbers and I like that they service all of long island, Ken is a great plumber.
