Loews should drop this company .They never gave me an estimate. They said they have so much business they don’t have time to send me an estimate. I would not recommend doing business with any body with no sense of urgency. Beware .

.I have used A Borelli for 21 years. I use them mostly for general maintenance of my heat and AC systems. They handle that perfectly well. Where they excel is when something unexpected comes up. Our heat was out. I called them on a Saturday. Within an hour they had someone out. He diagnosed the problem, went out for the part and had it fixed within the next hour. They are always professional and do a good job. It is the emergencies like today that remind me I am glad I have stayed with them all of these years.
My project was supposed to start and while we had a verbal quote that we agreed upon but when the project was supposed to start, we still didn’t receive the written. And when we finally did, it was more than double the original quote. Very unprofessional, untimely, unresponsive —- caused us to push back our project timeline which involved other vendors.
Excellent service that is on spot! The technicians are friendly and caring. They know their business! I’ve been with A. Borrelli for 24 years and I have no complaints. Their annual service contract is reasonably priced, too. Everything is upfront on pricing which nowadays is expensive, but what isn’t? Quality, service, on time and dependable are all worth it. A. Borrelli is top notch. Shout out to Peter in the office. Vito, Robert, Douglas, Damian are just a few of the best tech guys at A. Borrelli! Thank you!
Eric and Roger were excellent and professional. They did an amazing job installing my new furnace and thermostat and removing the old. Definitely recommend them and the office is great keeping you updated on arrival times. Thank you so much for taking care of me!!!
We hired A.Borrelli as subcontractors for a large commercial project. I don't write review often but their customer service, quality workmanship and attention to detail compelled me to do so. I would recommend this company to residential and commercial clients alike. They can handle the work and do an exceptional job. Will be our go-to plumbing contractor from here on out!

I called to ask questions about an appointment and the operator who picked up was not welcoming and rude. Very bland. Good thing they didn’t come over, if that’s the first interaction when you use them the. I don’t want to see how bad the service is.

Borrelli upgraded our gas line to comply with the new ConEd standards when it was accidentally cut by someone installing a new water line for us. They did a great job. they were very responsive from start to finish.
Awesome experience. Office staff was helpful, understood what I needed. Able to schld an appt for the following day. Tech explained all my issues, gave options. He worked within my budget, fixed the issue. And was flat honest about me needing a new boiler. I’ll use this company again. Oh n yea he tried his best to keep my floors clean. I appreciated that!
Terrible customer service. Does not return phone calls. Makes assumptions without consulting customer's needs and priorities.

Came to my house to scope the work. Told me they would provide that week. It has now been a month since the technician visited and I still have not received an estimate. I have called the company twice to follow up on the estimate. Both times I was told that the technician was working on it and I would get a follow up later that day. I did not receive a follow up call either time. Really poor experience considering I was very excited and motivated to do the work.
I needed a back flow installed on my building I called Borrelli Mechanical, they were quick and responsive and reasonably priced. They had it installed in a day and my building was without water for minimal time. Highly recommend.
Got the recommendation from a neighbor who has been a loyal customer for 20 years. No disappointment here. Had to replace my broken steam boiler. Due to some unusual configuration of my house, I have seen many technicians from the company to get to the bottom of the issue. Everybody is professional and respectful. Mostly importantly, A. Borrelli make sure everything is all right and stick to the end. Nowadays, seems to be hard to find someone so responsible for what they do. Thanks.
Not a good experience at all. Didn't listen to preferences and was disrespectful and rude throughout the process. Now we need a visit every couple of weeks bc our unit shuts off often.
