I hate workers at a job! What I love is representatives of a company that take pride in their work and craft. Not only did I meet a Professional technician of his trade, but a person that is growing in their company to seek and accept responsibility with knowledge and grace. I took a chance watching the commercial and trusted them with my heating and air conditioning ventilation systems. I couldn’t be more happier, but I was when the prices reflected working class people first and company profits last. Great worker integrity, Great Knowledge, Great Company. Thank you for a good experience with home ownership.
I called clarkstown heating and air condition they came and didnt fix anything they charge me $250 and then they came the next day and charge me $150 for nothing they didnt even fix the boiler and they wanted me to change the whole boiler system and qoute me for over 18k .and they issue was the ignitior that cost me only 40 dollars to buy ? Stay away from this company the worse possible ever i wish i can give them 0 star ?
THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!They came and gave us an estimate and told us that we needed freon, 5lbs at $120.00 a pound. They also said we needed a dye test to find the leak. When they came back they filled the A/C with freon and was told that there was a slow leak and we didn’t need the test. We believed him! 2 weeks later we turned on the A/C (because it has been under 68 degrees the past 2 weeks). The A/C didn’t work so we called back. They told us that the freon leaked out. They told us that it would cost $968.00 to get the more intense diagnostic test. We would also have to pay another $606.00 for the freon again. I called to let them know that when the tech came he said the we didn’t need the test. Now we have no A/C with an asthmatic 81 year old women on a fixed income. Whose husband just passed away 2 months ago That she needs to now pay $1600.00 to just make sure this is the problem. This company will sell you the world and stab you in the back. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY LYE AND ARE DISHONEST. THEY TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS
Everything was done quickly and with little effort on my part (which is hard to find nowadays!) From having my system looked at and receiving an estimate from Mike Levin and Rich to the measurements being done by John and concluding with installation and removal of the old systems by Brett and Josh. The process was painless and me and my boys are now all set for whatever weather gets thrown our way. Thanks for the professionalism. I would highly recommend!

Clarkstown Heating and Air dismantled our old air conditioner and installed a new air conditioner in our home. They performed quality, neat work and employees were very helpful and professional.
Had a leaky 9 year old hot water heater. The guys from clarkstown were there in 30 min! They had a new one installed within a few hours and my home had its hot water restored within a few hours of first noticing the problem. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, good with my kids and my pets. Highly recommend this company.
After reaching out to another local service provider and not getting any response at all for several days, we reached out to CHA&C who responded within two hours and job was quickly and satisfactorily completed. All who we dealt with during the process were a pleasure to deal with.
Just really wanted to shot out Ricky! He saved the day and was able restore our heat in our home. He is truly exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He went above and beyond with taking the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explaining everything. I even called the office and requested him to always be the one to come service our boiler. Thank you Ricky.

DONT USE THIS BUSINESS… Down hill since son took over. -2 weeks ago came out for maintenance - had to call back because they only serviced one unit when both sit side by side -?smart?now their unit 1 is 4 yr old Carrier Ac not cool-came out 6 x still not cooling. Unit 2 which is old cooling great but has overflowing drain clogged -per clarkstown needs replacement of entire system.also discover flex coil ripped - ? wasn’t this noticed first time out..want to charge me $525 for maybe 3ft of flex .. i ask for itemized material list before paying ..they refuse to provide ..they tell me standard fee will deduct from new system cost. really- i didn’t want to pay but didn’t want BS so paid next day .. unit still not cooling tell me it’s hot outside… never was problem in past when we had 100.- i ask for cost of new unit they saw they need to send sales team tomorrow to discuss needs .. they have been here each day they know what i need / no has to be sales team?i call in morning pay them tell them how dissatisfied i am … 4 yr old unit still not cool- so far paid $1000. for work that isn’t cooling. unprofessional incompetent team- want my monies back. appt w other company- showed low freon/puron making leak since they said it was good but they should of checked for leak BUT BIGGER ISSUE - Main duct destroyed - why didn’t they see this.Terrible Service. Pastore- should stick to Ac business instead of calling customers names because of truth. rebuttal… my review was regarding the Carrier unit - 5 years old they installed - came out to do maintenance service- said they checked everything gas ducts vents was all good .. but ac not cooling - had to call other very reputable co Whalen Ives - problem solved - needed gas because unit leaking- flex ducts damaged not connected to vents- have pics - - thats reason no cool air coming out. Whalen Fixed all - unit operating immediately w cold air coming out of vents - How is it possible that 3 different techs from Clarkstown coul
NEVER start work with this company!!!!! It took 1 & ½ Months to fix the AC. my family spent the most hot summer days without AC. I started work with them early July but it was finished on Aug 17. When I call the office to complain about the delayed service they only keep talking about the part delivery time. Part delivery time took for only 2 weeks from 8/3 to 8/16. The most important reason for the delay is that they NEVER CALL FOR THE NEXT STEP TO THE CUSTOMER. When every step finished the technician said that the office will call me for the next step.I trust them and wait until they call. But no one calls me. Even though I left the message no one called me too. I had to call every time for the next schedule and then they gave me the next schedule more than a week later. That’s why it took an insane amount of time to fix the AC in summer. I think they are not willing to take care of the customer. The customer needs to follow up by themselves. If they made a schedule in the timeline it would reduce the time. If you can live without AC in summer you can work with them because the technician was good. But if you need fast work, never think about them. My heater needs to be replaced soon. I'll find another company. I don’t want to have nightmares again.
Two of our home AC's decided to stop during a sever heatwave. Clarkstown Heating and Air got to us in just a few days. Fixed one machine and had to replace another and our furnace. They said it might take up to 2 weeks and it was just under two weeks that the install took place. The guys who came and did the work were friendly, professional and very very helpful in getting the units properly synched up with our google thermostats. Great job and much appreciated.

This is my second time using Clarkstown. They installed my AC unit many years ago. They did an excellent job. When my heater broke down. I called Clarskstown. They came right away to give me the estimate. They are easy to work with. Employees are honest and technical. My new heater was installed a few days later. Faster than other providers I checked with. I highly recommend their service.
Recently had Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning replace my entire A/C system. The price was fair, and the process was painless. They completed the job in one day. I must say , Clay and Dan did a great job , and were very neat , and careful through the entire process . I am very happy with the results . I am in a new home , and still using them for maintenance . The service is great , and their people fantastic. Excellent company !
