We were in a pinch with our heater out and needed them sooner rather than later. They got me on the calendar very quickly. Thanks to Kenny and his partner for doing such quick and thorough work. They cleaned up after they were done and heater is back online.
Not a serious company. They sent out a hvac pro to fix a refrigerant leak in my mini split system. The guy showed up and added a leak sealant solvent and left in 40 minutes. This didn't fix the issue. He charged me $450 for "my knowledge and expertise" were his words. This happened in mid January 2023. I've been trying to get them to come back and fix the issue that wasn't fixed since then. It is now mid march and 20+ calls/emails later everyone's apologetic yet nothing is being done about it. I'm still calling and nothing is being done. Next stop I'll sue them.
I've never had a problem with my AC, but I'm happy to find someone I can trust. This really is a great business.
So sweet and cordial. I felt very comfortable with him in my home while he worked on my AC. He didn't speak down to me, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about the job he did.

What a great experience! The technician was thorough and courteous, and they sent a confirmation email with all the pertinent details. I would definitely use this company again.
He arrived to repair our outdated furnace. He was highly educated and gave me a lot to think about in terms of upcoming replacement and repairs. I didn't feel pressured and he was quite respectful when I said no to offered repairs. I would strongly advise. I appreciate everything.
Called rons a/c svc, tech arrived just over an hour later, right when he said he would, evaluated my a/c unit, found the problem, he had the parts in his vehicle and my a/c unit was up and running in a very short time, techs name is dani, very courteous and professional, would certainly use thier services again, thanks dani
I called Sunday for an appointment, I was told a technician will be at my home between 9-12, I called to verify the appointment. I was told there is no technician available today. They charge my credit card for services that was not rendered. I am very disappointed and will never use this company again.

This is a very professional HVAC company from the inside sales and customer support people to the techs and installers. The techs seem to be very knowledgeable. The installers went out of their way to be helpful and even helped me move some stored items blocking access to the inside air handler. I highly recommend Carnival Heating & Air Conditioning.

Quick, efficient, friendly and courteous. They show up on time and get the job done. Also very considerate of your home and where booties in the house. The most friendliest people and always right there when you need them. Pricing is spot on. They offer great service plans. I would and do highly recommend this wonderful company to all!

The crew at Ron's Heating & Air Conditioning did maintenance on my central air compressor and handler while also installing a ductless mini-split in my garage. Very professional and efficient. A new furnace and air conditioning unit was put in quickly and with very little disturbance to our household. Plus, all the guys working here were very nice to our dog.

I made two appointments with them, they failed to show or even call me each time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They set me up with a company that I could do payments with so that it would not be so hard on a single mother which worked out great for me. They had the best price out of 3 company's. They also set it for a day that I was off work. All the workers introduce themselves when they got to my home. They were all very respectful I have big dogs and they were very good with them I would recommend Ron's Heating & Air Conditioning to my family and friends.
