BUYER BEWARE! They do not back up the work! We had a furnace installed by them & it was less than 2 years old. It stopped working one night & I didn't get a my emergency call returned till 1:00 pm the next day. In the meantime, I had to call another furnace repair company because the temperature outside was in the 30's & we couldn't go all night without heat. It cost me $167.00 & if DH BERRY had called in a timely fashion for an emergency, they could've backed up their own work by fixing the wire that had come loose. And which btw, the company that came out, said it shouldn't have happened on a brand new furnace of less than 2 years! I asked them to pay the bill & of course, all I got was excuses & rhetoric. Very, very unhappy with this company!!!!

Just completely ignored my NYSERDA contract. They didn't even follow-up after I left them a message with one of their workers. They deserve 0 stars. To the individuals at D.H. Berry, don't even bother with a BS response to this asking me to "reach out" to you. You know what you did, and I know what you did, and we both know you did it on purpose, and we both know why you did it. There is nothing to discuss. You earned 0 stars, but unfortunately the system forces me to give you 1. I hate you and your ilk, and I hope that you all rot in the deepest, darkest, hottest pit of hell for all eternity and then some.
DH Berry installed a new furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. Workers were excellent in terms of expertise, cleanliness, and professionalism. Unlike other companies who provided estimates, DH Berry took the time to introduce me to and complete all the paperwork for the NY Clean Energy programs, which provided discounts, rebates, and additional benefits, such as insulation and weatherstripping. Great communication throughout. I highly recommend them.
From start to finish the job was done exceptionally well. Steve and Eric were cordial and informative. We have been customers for over 20 years and could not be happier.

Called twice to get a quote, left a message once, called and spoke to someone the second time and never received a call back to even say they couldn't do the job.

When it came time to have a furnace and AC unit installed, I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes, one of which was from DH Berry. When I spoke to Doug, the owner of DH Berry, I immediately felt like I had found what I was looking for. Unlike the other companies, this felt old school, and in a very good way. We spoke on the phone, we agreed on a time for the estimate, he showed up early, and we discussed my needs. After thoroughly inspecting the existing system, he went back to his shop, hand wrote an estimate that included Good, Better, and Best options, and drove back to my house to deliver and discuss the estimate. This was true personalized service - no computers or tablets needed. What he offered was exceptional service at a fair price, and in my opinion, that's what we should all be asking for. As for the installation, his crew of two (Eric and Steve) showed up on time and worked non-stop for 2 days. It was clear that they took pride in their work and never took shortcuts. Upon completion, Steve stood proudly next to the furnace and asked, "Well, what do you think?". I let him know that I thought the work was amazing. They made sure to test everything before they left and answered any final questions to ensure that I was fully satisfied with the work. I was. Based on my experience with the entire process, I highly recommend DH Berry for all of your HVAC needs. Don't waste your time with anyone else. They are the best.
They are a super nice team of guys who installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system in my home. The units are performing exactly as Doug said they would. I have roughly 1500 square feet in my ranch home and 3 wall units keep it nice a cool. Eric and Steve have installed over a 100 of these systems and make it look easy. If you are considering one of these systems I highly recommend DH Berry.
Very satisfied with the attention and service we received. We had a very large Mitsubishi mini split system installed in our home. Doug took the time to explain the best configuration for our floorplan and the installers Eric and Steve were friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. We were referred to DH Berry by another customer who had a Mitsubishi mini split installed and we are excited that we will finally have an efficiently cooled house for this summer. season.

Just a great business to deal with in a pinch. Eric and his technician came out and installed a new furnace for us when our old beast was going down fast-even came back to replace a sketchy old wire they were not happy with. Very professional and courteous to my family and home. Great Job Guys Thanks!!

Very professional. During the cost estimating process they took the time to explain options in great detail and without pressure. Installed a new furnace and air conditioning system when promised with excellent installers.
