They did an excellent job on my air conditioner. (For: Risto Bozinovski)
Installed ductless Split Units for us. Turned out great! Really happy with them
owner is great and knows his stuff. staff very friendly and punctual.
We have been using hometown heating and air for 15+ years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They installed our a/c unit 15 years ago and it's still going! This past winter we decided we wanted to convert our inefficient double-sided fireplace to a wood burning insert to heat our home. I got quotes from a few companies but Eric was the ONLY one to offer to come out, measure and give us some options, we really appreciated that. The unit heats our 2500 Sq. Ft home beautifully, and you can't beat the look and ambiance of a wood burning unit. I was worried it wouldn't heat our 2nd story, but I was wrong. In fact, it keeps our 2nd story kids rooms super toasty. Highly recommend this company, they are honest, affordable and reliable!!!
Wonderful company to work with. Professional, friendly and great work.
New furnace and they were very timely and professional!!!!
If you don’t use these guys, you’re making a mistake, they’re very professional, very timely, and very responsive
The price is fair and the service is great!
When our central air unit went bad in the summer they gave us a fair price and even managed to get everything installed earlier than expected. Just recently, they came out and quickly fixed an issue we were having with our furnace. Highly recommend.
Very professional and upfront and clear pricing! Installed gas insert and chimney cap. I also had them come back for air ducts cleaning, same great service! I highly recommend!
My dream come true!!! After years of disappointment with fireplace insert companies that call themselves "specialists", I called Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning for a propane insert with river rocks in the insert. I had been told for years that what I wanted was not available. Then I called Hometown. Eric came out the following week after my call and measured, made suggestions, and listened to my wish list. The insert was ordered, came in early and was installed the next week. I could not be happier. I recommend this company and you will not be disappointed. High marks for Eric, Jennifer and the installers.
Jennifer was helpful and provided a lot of information and options to think about.
Always punctual and professional. I´ll keep coming back!
My old central a/c system died in late May 2022. I called Hometown Heating & A/C, they suggested a new a/c would be much more cost effective that trying to fix the old one(leaking coolant). The guys were on time and very professional. It took them a bit longer than expected, but that wasn’t there fault. The a/c has worked great all summer and hopefully for many years to come! I highly recommend them!!
Always satisfied with Hometown. We have used them for all of our heating and air needs.
Hometown is the best…Eric took the time to explain what had to be done and why. Gave us options and held true to his word. Technicians showed up on time, worked clean, very courteous and fully reviewed what they were doing. 5 star plus on sales and service.
Had these guys install a new central A/C unit to replace an old unit that failed. I called several A/C installers and I really liked Eric who came out to give us an estimate. He was obviously very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions honestly I felt. Anyway after all the estimates we got we chose Hometown. We are very glad we did. Matt and Kevin came out to do the install. They were very polite and got right to work. They were done in 6 hours and the new unit worked great. They cleaned up after themselves like they weren't even here. We both are really satisfied with the quality of work, the price, and the people of this company. We would recommend them to anyone looking to install any HVAC system. We were told they do fireplaces too.
Work was completed on the promised date (5/20/2022). Technicians were respectful and hard working. AC/Heat working well so far.
I have been pleased with Hometown Heating and AC for many years. They are trustworthy, professional and on time. This summer our AC broke down. Service was arranged quickly and new equipment was explained fully. Eric and Matt replaced our AC condenser and we are thrilled with their work.
Do not go with this company; they are unprofessional and will leave you financially responsible for their mistake. The first hot weekend, we turned on our central AC. It was working fine, but the condensate pump was making a loud noise. I called hometown heating to replace it. They came that Monday. He did not check to see if my system was still working after he replaced it. I stupidly did not run it that week because it was cool out, and I trusted that they could handle a simple job, as well as my system itself had been working fine before he came. Fast forward to the following Saturday when there’s a heat advisory. Our AC won’t turn on. I have a toddler in the house. I first call hometown heating; they say they’re not available until Monday. I initially took the appointment in case I couldn’t find anyone else that weekend; I didn’t think to be pushy about it (the scheduler brought up my previous visit so they were aware they had done work that week). I frantically start calling other companies throughout the day; as the day went on my toddler’s room was reading 100 degrees. Another company calls me back at 4 saying they’re fitting me in and are coming now. I of course accept. I take him outside to the outside part of the unit; he hooks up a tester and it immediately turns on and tells me the problem must be it not being signaled from inside. I show him the thermostat, which is on. I take him down to where the furnace and condensate pump are. He takes off the little caps that I’m assuming cover the wiring connections between the pump and furnace. He asks if my husband and I did this because it’s clearly not done right. I tell him no, we had a professional come. He has me take pictures because it’s clearly messed up. He fixes the wiring connections from the condensate pump. Magically my system starts working again. It was clear the difference between the two companies, because this technician inspected everything even after the AC turned on and tested the conden
