Clarke installed my AC very efficiently! I texted him on short notice and he came to my apartment within an hour. My super could not figure out how to install my AC, but Clarke got it done in a jiffy. I would definitely use this service again and recommend Clarke for your AC installation!
Courteous, competent, laughed at my jokes. Would absolutely recommend. Last year had two sets of installers run screaming b/c couldn't deal with extra wide UWS windows and the Midea u shaped AC.
My Midea unit was leaking on the side of the building and Clarke fixed it for me! He was efficient and responsive.
Unfortunately I have to modify my previous review based on my recent experience with this company. They kept asking to change the time, multiple times, that we booked through the website and then canceled on us at the last minute today, when he was supposed to arrive. I no longer recommend this company.
It was so quick and easy to set up an appointment. They were very responsive in terms of communication and flexible in terms of adding services and giving suggestions on the day. Personable too!
Clark was terrific! He achieved a simpler, safer install of our four window a/c units, and worked hard, efficiently, and cheerfully with some ageing casement windows that are not in prime shape. Pigeon was suggested by my building Super. I’d highly recommend Pigeon.
Very responsive, communicative and professional. I initially scheduled online however reached out to see if there were any additional slots due to the warm weekend ahead. He very quickly returned my message and was flexible in accommodating me. 5 stars.
The owner Clarke was great and very flexible. I had purchased a Midea 8,000 BTU AC from Home Depot who promised next day delivery--they lied, so I cancelled the order. I had an appointment set with NYC Pigeon for the day after the supposed delivery date. I immediately ordered the same unit from Amazon who promised a June 30th delivery--they didn't lie. I called Clarke and told him what had happened. He said that happened all of the time, and then rescheduled the appointment for July 1st, a Saturday. He showed up on time and installed the unit in 30 minutes. I highly recommend NYC Pigeon Air Conditioner.
Clark was friendly and knowledgeable and able to successfully install our midea u shaped ac in our oversized window giving us full access to open and closing the window. 10/10 would recommend.
Have you ever scheduled a handyman, wait 6 hours, only to have them ghost?NYC Pigeon is the TOTAL opposite of that! It was super easy and fast to schedule an appointment, and obtain a COI for my building. Clark was super communicative, polite, and efficient and got my new AC ready to use in under an hour. This was my first time getting an install from them and wouldn't hesitate to if needed again in the future. Thank you!

I tried to book an appointment. I have 2 full time jobs. It seemed since I couldn’t book today or tomorrow, the person I was speaking to thanked me for my call and hung up. Texted me afterwards and did apologize for cut off after I texted my displeasure. They have great reviews so I’m bit surprised and I’m sure they do great work. But I appreciate good customer service. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to be a customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Clarke came and installed one of the split window a/c units in our living room. He was communicative as he approached our place, was efficient and friendly.

NYC Pigeon Air Conditioner just installed a new AC for me, and I am so happy. Before the appointment, he sent me a video on how to properly measure my window, helped me pick out an AC, quickly submitted the necessary paperwork to my building and showed up at the appointed time (actually, he reached out and asked if he could arrive a little bit earlier, which was great). He was super sweet with my attention-seeking dog and did a flawless job with the installation. The AC unit is securely in place, looks fantastic, and now I don’t have to worry about sweating all summer. I am going to need to replace the AC in my bedroom at some point and will definitely hire NYC Pigeon Air Conditioner again. He is all-around wonderful to work with!
