They did a great job of steam cleaning my Window AC but returned my AC with massive fin damage and refuse to fix it. This unit is installed on the 2nd floor window of a two story house with damage in the shape of a Tool, how could this have possibly happened?! 🤔 Take your business elsewhere, these guys will take your money and run.

I am sorry to read negative reviews. Yes, hard to reach Neptune by phone, but they were responsive to my emails. The technicians were courteous, quick, professional. They did a great job in installing the AC in my oversized window. They cut the bar and plexiglass in the hallway so no mess in my apt. I am very happy with their service.

I would not recommend Neptune AC at all. We needed to make changes to the way our through-wall AC was installed which included removing an AC sleeve and patching up gaps in the wall. It was a big and expensive project. Neptune AC was initially super responsive and came a few times to measure the space and scope the project. They sent over a reasonable quote and while I was awaiting approvals from my building they were responsive in following up to get updates. As soon as I got the go ahead from the building, Neptune AC COMPLETELY ghosted us. Both myself and my husband called over a dozen times, left voicemails, sent multiple emails and we never got any response. I was able to get someone on the phone once who told me they'd email me with the last bit of info I needed and never did. I am so glad we didn't end up paying them and going through with the project because this screamed scam to me and I have a strong feeling they would have taken the payment and never done the job. Totally rude, unprofessional and upsetting to ghost a customer after months of back and forth. Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with Neptune Air was positive in most respects. They were generally very prompt in terms of responding to my questions. However, all interractions with them are exclusively through email. Do not even try to phone them--you will not ever catch them. They did a solid job on my install, however, they arrived much later than they committed, and I had to keep checking (via email) to find out where they were and when they might arrive. That is annoying when you are sweltering and do not feel like you can leave your apartment because you might miss them (because they do not use the phone). I am 8 days in on my AC's and the installs were done quickly and efficiently and the units working well. Bottom line: I would use them again.

I had the worst time trying to get my split unit AC fixed. No one seemed to know how to service that type of machine and these guys came in and knew exactly what to look for. They had my system back up and running within 15 min after I had had two different people come in to try to fix it. Not to mention that they were kind and prompt. I won't be calling anyone besides these guys in the future.

This company scammed me so bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Long story short. We said from the beginning we had 2 AC units not working. We paid almost $2,000 and still have 2 not working units and it really sucks for us. I never said anything about it before because I really didn’t care as long as the AC units were working. But the $375 “power wash“ cleaning was a quick unscrew and vacuum of the units // absolutely not worth $375 per unit. The cleaning that was preformed was far from a “power wash”. It was a 15min vacuum and wipe down with a bathroom wash cloth. That is why I called it a scam. $1500 for a couple of dudes with vacuums and wash clothes for 45min is outrageous! Which I was totally fine ignoring if we at least had our working units ...

This has been the worst company I have worked with. Complete rip off. They charged us 2 thousand dollars and we still don't have AC. Refuse to help us any further. Unacceptable service

I read the reviews that were negative and was apprehensive about using their services. After speaking with Paul, I decided to hire them to install an upper level window mount air conditioner. It was not an easy installation, but it was done very professionally at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use them again.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Worker lost two screws that came with air conditioner and was unable to replace them. He also ripped the vinyl covering that came with the air conditioner and tried to fix the tear with silicone, which has since fell off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

I was dealing with some terrible companies that were not calling me back and charging alot. contacted this company via email and got instant response and dealt with Paul, explained to me some stuff about my units. I sent some pictures and he sent me a estimate which came in cheaper then 2 other companies. was skeptical but the quick responses and answers helped me pull trigger and happy as can be, scheduled the delviery for 2 days later., 8 to 10am. guys showed up at 8:30 and were done installing 2 units in a hour. great service. I hate leaving reviews but since I dealt with some nightmare companies and others always leave negative reviews I felt this company deserved the shout for great service.

They fixed a part on my air conditioner only to have it break down within a short period of time. I paid them $780 and called them to come back. On 3/4/2020 I called 7-8 times and left several messages. They NEVER responded. Their message says that "we are very important to them". Will never use them again. Will speak to an attorney to see if we have any recourse. STAY AWAY from them.

Absolute total scam. Two employees came to my apartment, spent 15 minutes looking at my unit, and googling the user manual -- literally reading off of it -- something I had already done. They have ZERO idea what the issue was and suggested that the only course of action was to replace both units (costing thousands of dollars). They didn't touch anything, investigate -- NOTHING... and then had the nerve to charge me $100 for the visit without ever mentioning a cost for the visit. Run for the hills, these guys are scam artists.

We purchased five top of the line air conditioning units through Neptune and paid for an expensive installation with plexi glass. After the first season was over, we opted to use their service of picking them up, cleaning and repairing anything as needed and storing them until the following season. When we were ready to have our units reinstalled the following Spring, they arrived filthy and with pieces cracked, damaged or missing altogether. The delivery guys (who were very nice and shocked at the condition of the units) took photos of the damage and sent them to the company. Obviously we refused to pay the approximate bill of $1,000 until all repairs were made which we were told would be within a couple weeks. One whole month later, new parts were installed for two out of the four units which needed them. We again were told that new parts for the other units would be delivered within a week or so. That was nearly three months ago and we have never heard back from Neptune again. We have left countless voicemails and sent numerous emails and none have been returned. I am shocked and outraged at this company. Not only have we given them a lot of business from our own home, but we also sent our neighbors to them who bought and installed seven units from them this past Spring as well. Our air conditioning bills have sky rocketed as we have to crank the air at the lowest temperature to cool the rooms because the directional pieces are missing (all of the air blows straight up into the window treatments as opposed to into the room) and we have to deal with the miserable vibrating noises from the cracked plastic. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company - they have wronged us and practiced very bad business. Shame on you! ***Only after seeing my post on social media outlets did I get this unbelievable response from the company: Please have your lawyer write us.
