Dezier Air came in and completely replaced our old system that was no longer working. We tried a few other contractors to get it fixed but none of them could really diagnose what was wrong and kept trying quick fixes that all failed. Dezier Air checked it out, gave us an explanation about what was wrong, gave us a few options, and we opted for a new system so we could make sure it was done right. Our energy bills went down, we have a higher capacity system, a warranty, and everything is connected via WiFi so we can monitor and control the system from anywhere. I highly recommend Dezier Air and I'm very happy to have done business with them.
Dezier was very professional and did a great job for us and our neighbors. When some issues came up they were very reactive and came over same day to sort it out.

HVAC cleaning that is perfect for any season - winter through summer! Hired them to help out with my Manhattan NYC studio; the Dezier Air team was prompt, efficient, and did a magnificent job on our HVAC ducts and vents! Can't wait to recommend them to all of my neighbors in lower Manhattan. Will definitely use again!
Luis and his team are absolutely amazing! They gave me competitive pricing for a whole house new HVAC installation. I had them install 11 new Samsung split units throughout my home. From the time they started Luis made sure he communicated the entire process and visited the site often for quality checks. My biggest fear was sloppiness and mess that contractors leave behind. But Luis and his team cleaned up at the end of the day and made sure there was no trash left behind on my property once the project was completed. This was project was completed in September 2022 and I wanted to wait to write this review. I can say confidently that since the completion Luis has still answered my calls for follow ups and addressed all my concerns and questions until today. They have exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE for their HVAC needs. You will not be disappointed with their services and work ethic. Thank you to Luis and the entire Dezier Air team for making sure this was a painless process for me!
The Dezier team was extremely professional in fixing a loud vibration my A/C unit. They identified the cause quickly, organized a team including painters and roofing specialists and within a short period of time fixed my A/C and left the area exactly how they found it. My A/C has been running without any issues since then.
Very great experience with Dezier these guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their AC unit fixed, they came and got my mini split system working again after 2 other companies weren’t able to find the problem.

I use Dezier Air LLC at several of the properties that I manage, they are professional, client friendly and efficient in their work. When I have a problem with either heating or cooling in my HVAC systems Dezier Air responds quickly and resolves the issues immediately. Their resources in obtaining parts is also impressive in these times of supply chain delays, overall I am very pleased with their service.

Dezier Air installed a heat pump condenser , an air handler and all the associated duct work , plumbing and electrical components as well as a new thermostat in my home . I was looking for a system that could cool and heat my home . Dozier’s owner Luis Valdez took the time to design a system that was best for my home and he answered his phone or got back to us immediately when ever we called him It was a difficult installation as , not only did the old condenser and air handler and duct work have to be removed from the house but all of the work in the attic had to be done through several access panels in the ceilings and the new ductwork , to accommodate the new system ,was larger and more complex than what was originally installed many years ago. The Dezier technicians worked quickly and were very careful not to damage any ceilings or walls etc . Each day they cleaned up any dust that was created and even vacuumed the rugs to remove any dust . They had all of the equipment with them each day and took away all the old equipment when they left . Even with the supply chain issues that we are all enduring , they were able to secure the materials that were needed and did the job on time and for the dollar amount we had agreed on. I found Dezier Air to be honest, efficient , priced very competitively , and the company owner Luis Valdez , who I learned during the job is a mechanical engineer was on site each day to make sure everything went as planned and ultimately to start the system up and patiently give us a lesson in operating it . With that the Dezier team was great to work with and I would recommend them wholeheartedly .

They did the whole HVAC system in my gaming studio in the city, several split systems and condensers. They were also able to help with a Con Ed rebate and I received $4,000 back on the whole job. They were very transparent with me during the whole process. They now maintain my whole system regularly under contract.
I was scared with cold weather coming in that I would be unable to service my unit in time. Dezier Air offered me financing options that allowed me to get the work done when I needed it.
Replaced our whole AC system. Great company and great workers! Quality of work was precise and clean. Top of the line service with a price that cannot be beat. Highly recommended.
