The workers at HVAC Care Plus are extremely competent and professional. They completed the installation of my a/c unit quickly and neatly. They were also able to take me on a walkthrough of the work being done so I had a better understanding of what was going on. 10/10 service, will recommend.
Mike , replaced my boiler and hot water tank . He is extremely knowledgeable, talented , and conducts himself in an extremely professional manner . I could not have been any happier or satisfied with the job that Mike has done . I would highly recommend using him and will continue to have him service my units .

Thank goodness for Michael! I had an AC/heating issue that seemed impossible to fix. Over almost 2 months, multiple technicians (plumbing, electric, HVAC) had come, all with apparent answers but nothing that ever worked. Michael came at a recommendation and a time where I had given up hope of ever getting my heating & cooling to work. After the first diagnostic visit which lasted less than an hour, he came back a second time and fixed the issue in record time! Almost like it was too easy. I’m so thankful for his expertise and confidence. He also explained everything to me and was very patient with my questions and frustrations. I highly recommend!
Micheal is amazing! He was able to repair what 4 other HVAC people could not. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to show me everything he did and how to operate the system. I would highly recommend him and his services

Michael and Yusuf came promptly to help me relocate a thermostat. They were very professional, attended to details and easy to work with. As soon as they arrived I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even took time to exam my unit and explain how it works, which was very helpful. They were very patient in testing and making sure the equipment was working properly after the job was done. The price was very fair considering the amount of work and skills that were provided. I will definitely contact them again if I ever need anything. Thank you.

We are so happy with the service we recieved from Michael and his assistant. Michael was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he fix the issue he kindly explained the issue more than once. I texted Michael very late on the weekend about our A/C being totally out and he responded within a minute. He came out to our place first thing Sunday morning with his usual smile, professionalism and great service . We are so happy our A/C is working . I was extremely pleased with my experience with HVAC Care Plus and would highly recommend their service. I live in an apartment complex with a chilled water AC system. The system works very well but the problem was that there were never any thermostats on the individual units so that you had to control the temperature by turning the units on and off manually which was a big inconvenience. The complex which is over 50 years old would not allow thermostats to be installed in the past as it would require wiring. Now with wireless thermostat technology it is doable and allowed by the complex. I contacted several contractors for estimates. Some of them did not know how to perform the installation. I contacted Care Plus having read some of their glowing reviews. Michael, the owner came to my apartment and quickly analyzed the situation and told me exactly what needed to be done. He had performed the task in many buildings that had similar systems. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and confidence. He completed the installation for me and the results completley exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Care Plus HVAC for their knowledge, service and professionalism. Philip DeAngelis

Michael and his team are fantastic!! I called for service around 830am and the guys arrived shortly after same day! They were professional, explained everything they were doing and gave me a full diagnosis before completing the job. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them in the future.
