Great experience dealing with LIACA. The owner Johnny is very thorough. Most HVAC contractors will skip the Manual J btu calculations needed to do a proper install. But the crew took the time to consider the upcoming renovations including insulation and windows. We installed Daikin ductless heat pumps with less than half the btu output of the old furnace they were replacing. A lot of HVAC guys will just put in what the existing home had. This not only wastes money but is very inefficient. We went through the options on what he felt would be best for heating and cooling in the northeast. We balanced cost vs efficiency of the manufacturers and settled on Daikin. Extremely satisfied with the installation. The crew took a day to install, and the units work great. Linesets are insulated and neatly routed. A+ company all the way.
These guys definitely know what they do .they set up my heating system with in two days ,and I had little confused how to control my heating system,they called me back right the way and told me how to use my control panel.thank you for all your patience.we will have a nice holidays .

Earlier this year we had our split air system installed by a bad company and didn't know it until we needed it when summer was hot an we initiated the system for cooling... Bad news, in the summertime it's impossible to get someone to come fix our system without a few week wait. Great news, we got linked up with Long Island AC & Appliances via some friends that had a cooling issues that recommended Li AC. They were responsive, well priced and honest. They couldn't come the same day, but got us an appt within 48 hours and sent a pair of technicians to diagnose and fix the problem on the spot. They also untangled the messy set up the previous company left and re-aligned the condenser & cooling lines in an optimal way to optimize the cooling & free up space on my deck. They cleaned my filters and checked each condenser to insure I had enough refrigerant for a few season. They are now my AC go to's every hot season to maintain my home. Quality work for a very fair price. Highly recommend this company if you're in NYC and stuck with an HVAC in need. Pro Tip... They service all 5 boroughs as I live in Park Slope Brooklyn and they made the trip out!
The company is professional, cost effective and on time services. Our AC broke in the summer, the technician was able to come next time and fixed it within hours. The best services ever! It is my to go company for the AC and heater now!
