Great work!
Yukos Mechanical Inc. installed a GeoThermal HVAC system in my home 12 years ago(2010) and they have consistently maintained it over the years to keep it running properly. They are prompt, professional and courteous for every appointment and when the system had the one and only issue over these 12 years, the summer of 2020, they worked tirelessly until the problem was found and repaired it within 24 hours and have had no issues since then. NYK
They have no idea what they are doing and at least double the price of competition. If something goes wrong they will send incompetent person whose answer on everything - replace the unit. The unit is 5 years old installed by them. Then why did you sell me (telling me that these units will last decades) and install such unit which you can’t even repair?
The owner of this company is a very true and honest person who looks out for his employees and customers, one of the very best employers I have ever worked for.
We had a new build in CT. Yukos was handling the HVAC. Unfortunately we had to part ways with our General Contractor while Yukos was 1/2 way done (no fault of Yukos whatsover). Our new GC insisted on using their own subcontractors including for HVAC. Yukos handled themselves so professionally during the entire process. They guaranteed they would warranty and stand behind work they had done .... and they helped with the handoff so the new contractor could take over without wasting effort and stand by the completed system. Their professionalism and quality of work in a difficult situation was incredibly impressive.
This company refused to repair a broken indirect water heater they installed that was under warranty and only 2 years old. They refused to handle any of the warranty claims or even provide any information on the purchase. They provided no assistance at all.
Very professional group. Quickly diagnosed my issue and had the part ordered and installed within a week. The tech they sent, Aleem, was on top of his game and handled the job from start to finish. It’s a good feeling dealing with true professionals.
