My AC stopped cooking in the middle of a heatwave. I called several local AC contractors for service they all told me it would be several days before they could send schedule a service call. I called Cardinal and Lucas told me he could be at my house in 1 hour. He showed up right on time. Lucas then diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to resolve it. He was very detailed in his explanation what I could expect from both options. He then made the repair quickly and efficiently. Lucas was very, neat, polite, and professional. I also received a follow up text afterward to see if my system was functioning as expected. Absolutely the best service I have ever received from a contractor. I will have them back for annual service of my central air conditioning to help keep my system in top operating condition. Thanks!!

Cardinal Air is a small family owned company. I was referred to them by my general contractor for an emergency repair. My experience was first rate during both the initial and followup visits. I can not overstate their punctuality, professionalism, and expertise. They are also very efficient in getting work done quickly. Great overall experience.

Cardinal Air was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our air conditioning was not turning on and we didn't have a contract with any A/C company. We called Cardinal Air and they came within the hour.
